So glad I decided to check the thread before bed. Another awesome batch pdib.
One more. Classic Santos jobber for FB . .. .
FYI, FB, KQU (←that last one is just for fun . . .. meaningless), you selected all parts for best conductivity. . . .. 0.26V dropped on a .45Ω coil (full system test at posts: LG at 4.08V, 3.82V under load)
I thought I was waiting patiently for run 13 till I saw this. Santos is what I selected and now seeing it, I know I chose right. My favorite wood hands down. Just gorgeous.

I LOVE the way the wood looks like cells, Pdib did such a beautiful job, I couldn't be happier!!
I wanted to do the copper... would have matched the wood so well, but I worried about the oxidation, plus, I wanted the side to match my rba. This is just perfect, can't wait to get it

Is it easy to separate the Richlite topcap from the metal plate? If so, you can probably separate the copper plate and clear coat the sides with a polyurethane clear coat to prevent oxidation.
Edit: Another good place to write the run number would be behind the squonk bottle perhaps? The squonk hole should be big enough to stick a sharpie in there to write a number right?
The beauty of these mods is that no 2 mods will be identical. The wood's different finishes and natural grain would be as unique as fingerprints for each device. A page chronicling photos of each build run would indeed be nice. If these end up to be a limited run and its value increases. each mod can be authenticated and matched to the photos on the page. Eben without a serial number, each device can be attributed to a specific run.

You can tell that's FB's and not Willow because her button hasn't been rounded out with an Emory board

Now to decide what I vape first a Chalice with single coil or a dual coil on Cyclone w/AFC???
I got a liter bottle of 100mg nic in the freezer, should last a few years blended down to 15mg, even longer if I go lower on the nic.

Just a random thought... is there enough material left on the batt side to do finger grips? I wonder what that might look like? Anyone else like or dislike this idea? Comments? As I said... just a random thought? One of many actually... lol. Most of them may get me institutionalized... lol.
Pdib, your work is truly amazing. I'm struggling to not be envious of those who have already been able to enjoy your mods.
I've been thinking about buying a liter of 100mg. I usually buy 60mg because it's easier to mix 12mg but 10mg would be fine/easy too. However, a liter of 100mg would last me about 5 years at current consumption haha Got a feeling my new OliveR might increase juice consumption but I'll likely cut down on nic so I don't foresee actual nic intake increasing.
Oh ya, tried that ReadyxWick based on a recommendation you posted somewhere, good stuff! Thinkin a Rene41 microcoil and some readyxwick could be the everlasting vape build. I have an A7 setup with a .9ohm 28g kanthal with that stuff and will try the R41 when that one get's tired.

15 is also my preferred 'octane', and going any lower just means I vape more, which doesn't actually help the overall nic consumption.
Hmm, I vape with the battery side toward the palm of my hand, so finger grips wouldn't help there. On the other side, my fingers need to move up and down depending whether I'm vaping or squonking, and I think finger grips with interfere with that.Just a random thought... is there enough material left on the batt side to do finger grips?
