Even with my harley expenditures and various vape gear expenditures, mods, shoe boxes full of juices, etc I still don't think I have come close to matching my wife's shoe expenditures. Of course I'm now using her logic back at her, "but honey it was on sale, so I actually saved money" and with the new harley I scored an amazing interest rate making the new one a lower payment then my other one was, never mind that's spread over 6 years

i used to love math-challenged women, but it became disconcerting how their attorneys could teach them more math in a day or two than in their entire previous lifetime...

I gained a little weight since i married. HRH says it's because of her good cooking - i said i dunno, i'm not 25 anyway and i consider typing this exercise!

Uhh.... I don't think that's exactly true. She certainly could not muster the resources to feed every hungry child in India. I think the entire USA couldn't muster the resources to do that... given that even in the USA, there are starving children, to our great shame.

Well, that could be the guilt version of sour-graping? Can you imagine how you would feel choosing which children got the food when there simply wasn't enough for all? It takes real courage to even be willing to be put in that position. I think most people would cry themselves to sleep every night faced with daily choices like that...
