Above all, it's the DIBI that I am most curious about =] Light wood, dark wood, red tint, green tint... a couple of months away, but still excited and imagining =]

I know. Right! I've also got a few mods orders working but this is the most important one. I'm already thinking I need to get a spot in group 8 or 9 for my 2nd one!

Good evening DIBBERS!!!!

Yeppers, I already knew I was gonna kick myself If I don't get (at least) two so when I pm'd, I asked if they can both be on the same production run. Now Pdib being the kind and considerate person that he is, told me that repeat orders will be on separate runs to give everyone a chance and at the same time iron out any issue that may (may not) show up from DIBI Version 1.0 :toast:

:glare:hmmmm.... makes me wonder how that guy with the green DIBIs got 2 at the same time.. KIDDING!! Don't mind me.. I'm just drooling over your DIBIs... sooo jelly:vapor:

Right now I have 2 more orders for the 5th run which (I'm hoping) should be done in time for my birthday.. WOOOT WOOOT...
hopefully I'd have picked the type of wood by that time.

I bounce between getting impatient and sad that I'm not in an earlier group, with being glad I have more time to plan for how I want it. The only sure thing is that I want one, and that it will be the most asthetically pleasing one I own:).

I feel ya. I had to take meds for that.. LOL

That would be "Mike" from Burl Source on the business card?
I got him on speed dial!

He was really nice and informative, but he had no blue stabilized in stock (otherwise I would have ordered from him). He said that he could get some out to me in about 2 weeks made from one of 3 different wood types that would be best for the colors I wanted to end up with.

At $55 for a personalized piece of wood, and the fact that he can do 2 color dyed wood, that guy will have my business if I get a 3rd "Dibi Oliver".

Lisa~ what's this "new little hybrid" you speaketh of?

If you're looking for teeny weenie mods:
http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/fo...pplier-forum/433469-mods-chels-mini-ecig.html

They aren't like Dibi, these are ultra limited run Israeli mods that are made from Isreali gun metal... they say that it will scratch your keys and tools if you throw it in your toolbox :)blink:), the Microstick (what I'm waiting for shipping info, mine's been invoiced already) are painted with Israeli gun paint, which I think is probably like cerakote. The incredible thing is, the microstick is 2" square, and will fit INSIDE the palm of your hand, including atomizer. The little round one is only 62mm tall (2 1/2"), and takes a 18350 battery. Both are much smaller than Provari mini, and are great keychain full power sub-ohm PV. It's just hard to get one.

This doesn't detract from Dibi in any way, it's just the smallest mod I've ever seen, so very very neat... Dibi is not a teeny mod, but an asthetic mod... the most asthetic mod.

It's all good. I just can't vape anything that only takes 18350. . . . . .. . . by about 6-7amps

I actually feel the same way... my favorite mods are all 18650:). BUT!!! Some people really need to stealth vape, say at the office. I don't, but I might someday. Plus, the material sounds fascinating. But it's a completely different type of mod.

So far, every bit of vape gear I've bought has been totally tool-like and practical, not to mention basic black and silver. But this...

Want!

The green ones on the first page are are pretty amazing too, and green normally isn't my color.

That's my Canary 007. :)

Trust me, it looks even better in person. :)

nice looking wrap you got there!

btw, do any of you guys lose taste after vaping the whole day? I was happily vaping at .8 ohms the majority of the day, then when I switched out, I can't taste anything.. WTH's wrong with me, did I just kill my taste buds?

Just in case people wanted to know, the guy at Burlsource.com Bad Dogs Burl Source - Home Page (where the small block I posted came from) said that he has quite a few blocks that he hasn't put up on the website yet that would be the right size for what we need. He said that he has multiple colors available and that people could call or e-mail him about them and he could help them out if they are having a hard time finding a piece that would work for them.

Also, ArizonaIronWood.com Dyed Blocks (where the big piece is from) still has some on their site that have the correct dimensions as well.

Super Jazzed for you with the smaller piece, she is a beauty!!! I got my piece here: Burls and Blades Home Page The guys name is Faron Moore... and he is very easy to work with; stabilizes his own stuff etc... and as noted above for a different vendor, often has material that isn't on the site as my block wasn't... as an example. Good luck to all that decide to go this route, however, once you have the "Oliver by pDib" in your hands knowing that you "birthed" the wood (so to speak) for your "Oliver" mod, the pride of this hands-on interactivity is unfathomable... yes? Almost as if you created the thing yourself... Not really, but you get the idea. :toast:

Only temporarily. It's called "Vaper's Tongue". It happens to me constantly if I don't keep switching flavors and even then, there are days where by afternoon, I can't taste any of them. I find that eating a bit of certain foods helps, for example a small chunk of 85% cocoa chocolate (that's some seriously dark chocolate, basically not sweet at all).

Aha! Thanks for the tip! 85% is seriously bitter, LOL. I remember a sales person making me smell coffee beans when I was trying out colognes so I tried drinking plain black coffee and that seems to do the trick as well!
