he's a no BS kind of guy that you can have a beer with.

pdib, how far am i on this waiting list
run#3 . . . . . . .. . Late Feb. early March. I'm still refining the fabrication process (finding ways to go faster while maintaining best quality); but it's still taking longer than I'd hoped. There's just X amount of work in it, and that ultimately has to take Y amount of time. I'm still chasing the smallest "y".

well…. i've not had the problem of either the tight cap or the hole lining up…
BUT, i think thats because i "know" that if even if the air hole is off set to one side a tad, its still going to move air over/around that coil and pull all the vapor up the chimney.
i like RM2 better than Cyclone because it comes with a slightly larger air hole and the chamber while smallish, is a tad larger than the C and just feels like a better vape all around…. ymmv
edit ok… i admit the C is good, but just not for me…. doh
edit 2: i do some fiddling with the feeding…. like if theres lots of juice in there i tilt the atty away from the coil, and if less i make sure i tilt towards the coil… only thing worse than a flooded coil is a super sub ohm dry hit.

Once I got my Cyclone with AFC cap I discovered that I like a bit more air. Drilled one of RM2s out to 5/64, but that large hole has a tendency to dribble and whistle. So on the undrilled one I put two 3/64 holes, no more dribbles or whistle and little better air flow.

I never said I didn't like the post sitting close together. I said initially I didn't like how weirdly spaced apart the post were on the RM2 but I quickly got used to it since I liked the vape & there wasn't anything I could do about it anyway.
I've never had a Cyclone so right now I have no opinion on it- but can't wait to have an opinion. *Looks at P'Dibby*
