So I used my LG battery all day today.... Got home, tested it, and it was a whole .3 volts higher than a comparable day on an aw 1600. So in 8 hours, when down .3 volts. I wonder how long those last .2-3 would last? vaping my 18490 now, so no idea. And it's a woodvil, not a Dibi I was using, so definitely scews the results.

Oh I love marbles! A handmade one was found by my friend at the bottom of a discarded box of clothes and she gave it to me. I'm fascinated by glass!

Me too :) I used to collect them when I was younger, but then I lost them ;)

Shrug? Lol it's a full 1000 mah more than the 1600 aw imr... I wouldn't feel comfortable leaving my house a second day without charging it, but I don't like to carry extra stuff. I'll test on the weekend and see if I can pull off two days without charging... I'll need to bring my doohickey with me though

Mundy is gonna do A LOT better reviewing these than me lol... He's got like, equipment and a whole bunch more science than me... His results make me EXCITED! Lol

It would, but I couldn't figure out how to break it off without messing with the base in clear, I'm not going to figure it out with an eye:p.

Oh, as for the fishtank, I turned one of my atomizers into an anemone tank, here:

Beautiful!!!! What tank is this?
I realize the goodies on the inside aren't part of the tank.

I can only wish I had your skillz and talent... soooo jelly!!!

I was eating at an italian restaurant the other day and they have this glass container with both vinaigrette and olive oil in it! It looks like a yin - yang glass sculpture w/ one containing olive oil and vinaigrette in the other . Tipping it one way dispenses the oil and tipping the opposite way dispenses the other. Immediately I thought, If someone can make such delicate functional art, why not do the same thing on a MOD made of glass?

You don't remember my story about a month back with stainless atomizer, vaccume stuck glass tubing and 2000 degree glass stuck to battery?? LOL! I haven't even THOUGHT about it since... although, someone else actually completed what I wanted to do a few weeks ago, I saw it on fb... glass atomizer cap, stuck to the metal cup/ with the coil/wick visible through it:).

I have actually done very little glass work since I started my vaping obsession. I can't work on glass when I'm not inspired, and I have just not been inspired lately... been having too much fun playing with vaping stuff:).

most bottles and vessels are molded... you can mold some of the most beautiful and delicate things... but hand sculpting freeform is very different, precision is extremely hard. It WOULD be easy to make the top if I had a mold for it. Unfortunately, I can't make molds:(.

What would you need a mold made of? Plaster? Delrin? Metal?

Borosilicate glass molds are generally made of graphite or brass (because brass cools fast). Soda lime molds can be various types of high temp ceramics plus the above. I've never used bottle molds, not sure exactly what they're made of... probably steel. You'd stick a blob into it and blow into the form, then release the mold. Never done that tho:).
