just want to add here that I hope my post mentioning rob and how some people are fanatical followers and blah blah blah that I hope that didn't come across as anything negative about rob because that was not what I meant at all. I have a lot of respect for rob and think he's a great guy who runs a spectacular business with great ethics. I've spoken to him several times back and forth about a few different things and he's always been kind and helpful and I think he is a really nice guy, and don't have one bad thing to say about him here at all, just want to make sure that my post didn't come off sounding like I meant anything negative about him he has been good to me and I think he's a good person 
Gets me to thinking that I am going to be only 2 or 3 hours away from Seattle in July but my layover isn't long enough to make it down to dibi land.

Quick unrelated dibi question. Trying to diagnos a weak REO. If I am 4.1 ohm at battery 4.1 at 510 with no Atty what should I be if I install Atty and put ohm meter to each post screw?

I definitely agree with this. When I finally get my OliveR (is this the official name or is it the Dibi?), it won't be my daily driver. My Reo will still be my workhorse. The Dibi (or OliveR) is just too good looking (and expensive) for me to lug around everyday and risk dropping around. It'll probably be my "dress PV" for use on special events where I have to dress-up.
It's like a dress watch you'd wear on formal occasions, or a Ferrari you'd drive for fun once in a while. Even the guys I know who have multiple Ferraris or Lamborghinis do not use those cars as their daily drives.
The Reo is just more utilitarian and easy to replace, and it'll survive more than a few drops into pavement. With the upcoming upgraded contacts, I'm sure it'll perform just as well as any other top-end mod.

If the atty does not have a coil in it you should read the same voltage with and without it.
If it contains a coil, then it would be dependent on numerous factors and could be anywhere from 3.5 to 3.9 or so.
What is the specific thing that is happening?
Its reading 2.1 with a .6 ohm coil installed.
It's just not hitting like it should. No throat hit and not near the vapor volume it should have.

2.1 = something is way off. Since you say .6 ohms, most likely the firing pin needs cleaning and or you have melted part of the bottom of button. You can clean the firing pin without removing the cover, but the button needs the cover removed to really get a good look at it although turning it while watching it inside the cover through the hole will revel damage. Are you familiar with filing and Noaloxing the firing pin?
Yes, the firing pin has been noalexed and filed. I put a brand new button in it cause I melted the last one dry burning the coil, which I replaced last night also.

Argg so frustrating. I have two out of three reos with the same issue. It's not the Atty or the battery cause both work fine on the third REO.

The problem is surely at that connection then. File it again and take another reading. 2.1V at the atty on a 4.1V battery will melt the button pretty quick so don't hold too long.
I filed it again applied more noalax and replaced the bottom pin. Got it up to 2.6 but same Atty on third REO reads 3.6. Does the "leaf" go bad?
