You know, the more I think about it, the more I like the idea of haveing a regulated/mech convertible. Where you would just put in a kick to set your voltage, or a spacer to make it a mech. The problem is I would need at least a 30watt kick, and the ability to regulate 3.0 - 5.0 volts off of a single 3.7V IMR... (hey mundy, is this possible in that type of form factor?)

eh, until then I think my dibi will be mooore than sufficient :p

Dibi Dance!!!....been working 13 hour days and my wife secured my OliveR unannounced to me...I walk in the door...the little lady asks how my day was..glancing past her i see a priority mail box on the coffee table and i scream...MY DIBI is Here!!! I take off across the room like a kid on Christmas...stubbing my big toe on the table leg but i still limp in to snag up that box. Sorry there will be no box opening pictures here...no first vape pictures here...no what coil i'm winding for the occasion pictures here..because those few minutes it took to un-box... put in a battery and washer..reach in my back pocket and grab the reomiser off my Reo and fill my bottle with juice are lost in a blur of bliss.
Pete this Mod is truly a work of art...it just doesn't just look fantastic but it hits like a runaway train!!! You Sir are a Master Craftsman...Thank You for this Gem!!!:D
I will try to get up a few pictures of "Stewie" {he's named after the park he was adopted from} this weekend...but for now it's back to enjoying the Dibi!!! :)

Oh! this is totally cool!

Hi Peter,

I have set up a category in my web store called PDIBs Mod Blocks
With blocks meeting minimum dimensions for your mods.
I thought this would help to keep your customers from getting unsuitable blocks. As well as make it easier to find what they need. Later this weekend I will go through my inventory so other suitable pieces get referenced in your category.
Currently there are some Maple burl and some Ancient Bog Oak blocks that I just finished adding to the web store.

please note, I reiterate:

Later this weekend I will go through my inventory so other suitable pieces get referenced in your category.

. . . .so it's a work in progress, as of today.

(hat's off, Mark)

very cool about burlsource dude and not to change the subject again BUUUTTT

so the 26 gauge dual coil was a bit hot and I wrapped up a couple coils in 28 gauge... kanthal... well that was the plan anyway.

Fuse works, works great actually. It was pure nickel wire   forgot I even had any of that stuff. DOH!

Edit: Those coils measured 0.06 ohm... so there is a limit haha

Oh well, happy and thankful for fuse!

Carry on.... :toast:

How is it that someone who apparently can't afford shoes can afford a DiBi?
