Is this a different color richlite? Or one of the two previous choices?

Whether it was by necessity or by plain choice, I like the Richlite caps on this one. The caps and the copper plate give the mod a nice pleasing color theme. The caps highlight the white body well adding to the entire mod's appeal.

I had a couple small scraps of richlite of the sage variety. Thought it would look good here.
Man, those look awesome! Every time you post pics or snippets I get a strong urge to buy wood haha now if I could only make a decision that would be greaaaaattorn between mango, claro walnut, or maple burl... really like that dark walnut look with copper top plate and richlite top/bottom.
Any concerns with stabilized claro walnut?

Oh there will be a Dibi dance...if he actually gets it this time...if he doesn't get it this time I will be so beyond grief, and it isn't even for me!!!
But indeed, this is so very stunning. Peter I love watching these all come through. You are honing your skills and really starting to hit your stride artistically and technically. I am very impressed!!!

(Thanks Mark!) It's big enough for two mods so if anyone else is interested in Claro Walnut, I'd be happy to share. Which half I'm willing to share is to be determined though; want to see in person first. This will be run #12 (or whatever that means now with new production numbers) but I can send to pdib whenever after I receive if someone is interested.
