In other matters. I think I'm making a slight change in the new squonk hole. A few people wanted the new, and at least half of them only for reasons of strength. I thought, myself, that it was a bit too . . . .. . "dynamic". I wanted something friendlier. The top drawing is what I presented. The bottom is the "improved" version. In my opinion, it's friendlier, more balanced, and less demanding on the eye. The only difference here is the radius of the top corner. The bottom radius remains at 1/2". The top went from 5/16" to 1/2". On both the "classic" and the new versions, I'm moving the squonk hole up a bit (I honestly feel that every little bit helps a lot). Measuring from the bottom of the body, it used to start at 7.5mm and end at 29.5mm: now it's 9mm and 31mm. Also, the radius of corners on the classic is going from 5/16" to 3/8".
Fascinating stuff, I know.

there's room for a brief comment period. What, with the atty and all, the weekend didn't end up being about squonk hole cuts. I'm cutting today and starting with the "classic" mods.
I really like the new squonk hole you propose. I wasn't sure about the other (helmet style) one. I think it gives ALMOST the same look as the original, with the bit of extra stability that some people may need (I personally haven't dropped either of mine at all, but then again, I used to be an eVic user).
I figure, it would be better to have more stability and not need it, than need it and not have it. As we've seen, it only takes once to ruin your whole week.
I used "Tank" quite a bit over the weekend. It's been a while. It was very nice for a change. With experimental setups, post swapping, grinding round noses onto tiny tiny little M2 x 2mm screws, my other mod was wrapped up and sometimes unavailable. I do likes me my Grand.
Loves my LP Grand also. I need the RM4 and have one coming soon. Wished I had a shop to retro a Stellare or a PlumeVeil.
Those PlumVeils look to me to out perform most RDA's out there. I haven't tried one yet though.
Sirius(ly) thinking about boring my Stellares center post out. My buddy has a drill press and wth, if I mess it up no big loss.

yeah I guess it is a matter of preference but i agree that bottom feeding the origen was an after thought. I just finished it tonight and it works good so far and it feeds and drains perfectly

One year and two days. So unbelievably amazed at how fun and easy it was. I gave up smokes through vaping and now have a wonderful new hobby and have met such amazing folks! I feel like it's been a party the whole year and will continue to be. Thank you all for the congrats!!

Congrats Megan. Mine is next month and I know how you feel. If your like me I thought I would never be able to quit because nothing worked. Then I found vaping and ecf. close. this time I did almost all the small parts and internals first. so magnet time will come a little late; but "after magnet time time" should be shorter.
