I use only this method for all my orders and it work great.
No buddy is massing with the envelops.
Work better then any other shipment I got from all over the world,
In two years of vaping.
Maybe it's Greek stamps lol.

When my wife thinks I buy too much I just use Itshak & Stanley to show her that I'm very conservative! I use them as bad examples. Hahahaha
So I did a little testing on my heat issue with the v2. I took her apart, cleaned her, inspected her for damage or bad threads - nothing, she is perfect, and may I add that the threads and all seem a bit smoother than my Ithaka.
When I use the included drip tip, the top of the mouthpiece, where the drip tip screws in, gets uncomfortably hot after about 4-5 drags.
When I use my own drip tip, it remains reasonably cool, cool enough so I can continue chain vaping for a while before I start feeling heat on the mouthpiece and the drip tip.
I then tried chain vaping with no drip tip, drawing straight from the top of the mouthpiece where the drip tip normally is inserted. Same behavior, minimal heat buildup, I can chain vape for a while before it starts getting hot, and the heat never becomes unbearable, just noticeable.
Somehow, attaching the included AC drip tip causes heat to build up on the mouthpiece that screws into the coil assembly, Setting the AC tip to looser or tighter airflow does not change the rate at which this heat builds up - 4-5 draws, and my lips cannot touch the mouthpiece, as it is scalding hot.
I know this is not a general v2 issue, I've already talked to 2 others who did not have any such issue with their Pennys.
Any suggestions? The ingenious AC was one of the biggest selling points, so I don't want to have to give it up to use the v2, especially since I do not like the airy draw you get when using no drip tip or your own drip tip.
Have you tried with a plastic delrin? if you have the same symptoms then it is normal. I mean it is expected. I realized one of the reasons the included AC tip is not preferred for me is that the darn thing doesn't pick up heat. It is because it does not have direct contact with the mouthpiece, only through the o-ring. And I am thinking this will keep heat inside the mouthpiece.
yeah Bmore, I get a little thread scrunching on one of my two Pennys V2. Will see if it smoothens with use.
The included AC tip does have contact with the mouthpiece, it screws in as part of the AC function, so metal touches metal.
Any other metal drip tip, and there is no problem with heat. Vaping off the naked mouthpiece also works fine, it only gets a bit warm, as with any atty, nowhere near uncomfortable. just what I expect as normal.
My assumption: somehow, attaching the included AC tip seems to draw a tremendous amount of heat away from the coil assembly and onto the mouthpiece. Since the included AC tip is very short, my lips must go past it and touch the mouthpiece, and get scalded.
Two others, who own more than one Penny v2 each, do not reproduce this at all, so I know this is my Penny - and only one other person, Yaya, has reported this behavior so far.
This AC tip does something. It does not take heat at all. This also confirms people saying there is fake air or the flavor is not as it is supposed to be. The air going through this tip is cold as well as the tip itself. touching by the threading is not enough I would say. The only thing special about this tip is that it hangs by an oring. I am not sure what is happening but your story and the weak flavor are correlated for sure.
EDIT: I also suspect the way the air is split into 2, that could be doing something.
