Well, this is still moving to slowly for my liking. I've signed, Linked and talked to others about supporting. Not sure what more I can do from my Hermit Hole

I Will say, we must keep up the struggle. Right now, the Nicopure Suit - including a request of injunction against FDA Action and the Cole-Bishop Amendment are our two Current best hopes.

as for the Cole Bill:

Tip: This is one of the stages where things can get tricky. A committee isn't required to act on measures referred to it; neither is a subcommittee. It only takes one subcommittee or committee to trip up a bill's progress, and it can happen without any visible activity. For example, if the leadership decides the bill does not fit within its overall agenda, a decision not to act will "kill" the bill just as effectively as a vote against it. The only way for a member to get the bill out of the committee should this happen is to use a discharge petition.

Stage 3: The Bill Goes to Committee

Depressing, isn't it? We do a lot of keeping ourselves amused here. Please, please keep posting your links and messages here, people actually do drop by and read them, though most on ECF have heard by now. Always worth having the info on the current page. Even the England petition has slowed down and their doomsday was today.

More people are getting involved every day. This is a good thing.

So, let's keep the pressure on, get involved, do everything within your power to effect change. Lives are at stake.

Hi Little… Ducky! You know I love that avi and it’s so appropriate now. Been reading a lot of the treads but not while logged in. That way I can type all the nasty stuff I want without getting kicked off ECF for profanity. Keep on socking it to ‘em, you’re doing a great job.

<- How about this avatar?

Missed you and your voice in our discussions!

You wouldn't have if I'd spoken up. Between CA, FDA and stuff happening in my personal life, I just needed to bow out. Did do the reading though, you rock!

Like the new avi, does this mean you're riding with Robin? Don't answer, got your steeds "saddled up."

TY, but we need you! I need you. I miss you. Hope all's reasonably well in your personal life. If not. I'm sorry...

Awww, thank you. It is getting a bit better, or I'm coping better. I've lost track. Let's just say I'm gaining strength.

Robin, paging Robin! Boy, do I have news for you. :)

Thank you. I've tried not to whine too much on ECF but the support you get here, even non-vaping, is amazing. It just blows me away. Not just what I've gotten but how I see people reaching out to other people on here, well, we could teach the world a thing or two. The scary part is we need to change the way a good chunk of the world thinks. With the compassion and brains here, I think we just may be able to do it.

Absolutely, this place is amazing. I try not to bring my personal issues here, though I know I've mentioned some of them. Just being on here helps though. The fact that the overwhelming majority who are willing to do whatever they can to help save vaping, not just because they want it available to them, but because they want others to be able to have this choice actually gives me back some faith in humanity.

And we're seen by the world as BT shills, or worse.
