I tried Wellbutrin, not a funny joke. Not funny at all.
I see that's published back from 2011, before the latest BS from last year. Probably read it before, gives me a boost in getting all POed again. This will be what smokers wishing (desperately, like I was) to quit will be faced with with by those "authorities;" try a drug proven to cause suicide or murder, it's a healthier choice than smoking. BS. The madness needs to stop. Period.

Suddenly, it has become not only safe, but extremely effective, with an over 60% success rate!TuTu, Pfizer, the maker of Chantix, was slapped with a class action lawsuit which was settled in 2014 I believe. At one time the FDA was making noises about making them put TWO black boxes on it, but I haven't seen any more about it.......and it's still being sold and advertized on TV.

Can non-eu/non German residents even sign? I hate signing something if my sig is disqualified for some reason.

Ca Ike, yes, non-eu residents can sign, it is more involved than a change dot org petition, so some reading and registration is involved.

I took Chantix. I attempted suicide a few months after quitting the drug. Had a history of depression though. Hey, wanna know how I got these scars...?
Just an anecdote. I'd rather alter my brain with nicotine, I just enjoy the lack of carbon monoxide and tar (among other icky things) while inhaling it. Thanks, vaping! I signed this a few months ago

Deadline for the German petition is January 20th. I'm not entirely sure how things work in the EU, but perhaps if one of the countries chooses not to adopt section 20(?) of the TPD, others may follow suit.
