When I used to smoke I used to go sit outside the front door.
I'd sit on the welcome mat with my back against the door.
There were many times that I had visits from some of the local hummers.
They would often fly up beside me and hover about three feet away.
They would look at me and wonder what the hell I was up to.
Those are the kinds of things I miss most about smoking.

That's a good question. My plan, if there is one, is to wait until the final rules are released, hope for a last push of signatures, then send it off. So maybe a couple weeks, or a little more, after the rules are released?Lessifer, is it time to send it?

I think there will be 90 days until they take effect. Congress doing anything in that time that isn't already in the works is a long shot, but we have to try, right?
At this point SFATA said they believe the FDA will be releasing tomorrow. Doesn't particularly mean it will.

I am still hoping for a posted CTA for this petition here on ECF for those that have not signed yet. We have managed to keep this thread on the first page for the most part but there are probably still those that have seen but not signed.
