jokes aside they do have a special place in my heart but this is probably for the best.
Don't know if anyone has ever told you this, but in the event of a drop, placing the vape band on the glass can increase the risk of cracked glass...it focuses the shock directly to it. Placing it over the upper metal portion on the other hand, will decrease chances of cracked glass.
No matter what you think of ProVape, I'm not sure how having one of biggest names in US vaping go under is "for the best."
I do wonder, if the fact that ProVape decided to not follow the trends was a contributing factor. I'm not slamming them for it, but I do think they gave up market share because of their choice.

How do you like that VGOD mod? I thought they looked really slick, but I seemed to think that they were somewhat limited, as I didn't think that they had any TCR settings, just the canned channels. Is that correct?

What I mean is with their profits already dipping, if they had tried to stick it out things might have ended worse for them and their employees.
I think provape closing has more to do with their sales lately than the fda, sadly it is probably best for US based companies if they move distribution to outside the country.
Indeed that's correct. I found out after the fact that there is no TC setting for SS. Not sure if there is a firmware update in the works, but I found that to be a huge bummer. I use it exclusively in pro mode, and have it dialed in to a ramp up and down that fits me perfectly. I like it...it has some heft to it, and the raw carbon fiber finish (on the side panels) is classy.

Haven't seen a whole lot of these, me and my gf each use one as an out of the house beater. They're pretty solid imo.
Is 24mm the max that will go on there without hanging over? mines had either the rose or taifun on it since I got it.

Think a 25mm will go on it, specs say it is just over 25mm wide.

I asked Phil for a pic of the silver and white ones if you're interested. I think he's got one on backwards hence the gap.
