Todd, the reviewer, auctioned off his 18500 and 18650 models, both with serial #007, for about 60 sterling a piece. Velly jelly.
I like the 18500's form best but need the 18650 for the way I like to vape.

I guess he's showing what falls under the new FOOD and DRUG administration.... seems they're now regulating 18650's as well. I think that Dell falls in as a tobacco product since it has 18650's as the power cells. (Well, I read they control batteries, so I am assuming 18650's...

Also the software - such as escribe - which controls ENDS is considered a tobacco priduct, and runs on Windows.

Evolv doesn't charge for the software so I don't think the FDA can do anything about it.
