The RX200s With the LG HG2 using a external battery charger does the battery bar show 100%.I am asking as my RX200s and LG HG2 the battery bar will not go all the way to the top with 100% charged battery's with a charger?

Mine only shows 97%.
Batts are charged on a D4.Using 3 x 25r's.

Got the starss mod from vapenw today, not the best name in vaping, but like the design and can change the screen display to any color you want, which isn't common on mods, so thought would give it a go and not bad so far
