Hoping the chip board is just a fluke/bad qc, despite the "description" of the original, the clones do not seem to share the same features... no 3.7v constant output(runs like a mech instead) and it seams there is no battery cuttoff either.

Yah that one just runs like a mech. Only has reverse polarity protection and a ohm limit you can run on it. Nice having a tiny side fire though I think its worth it

I ordered the avocado but am shying away from the theorem bc of its pocket ability

Its just like a kayfun, but (4mm I beleive) airflow thru the post instead of the "dinky" 1.5mm kayfun
No fill screw, with stock parts you have to top fill.Honestly became my favorite single coil rta.

however that build with the notch coils is a bit lower than I'm comfortable with, .13ohm, VTC4's ,might try 1 in the middle but after 2 that's a bit of a let down, plus I already cut the legs, still lernin me stuff

Thus far, I like them both well enough. I honestly need to tuck a notch coil in the Avocado or build a Fused Clapton for the Theorem to be fair.
In terms of pocketability, I think the Theorem might top the Avocado. Especially if the SS sleeve it used. With the Avocado, the top can pop off pretty easily. With the Theorem, it's hard to remove the top intentionally, much less accidentally and the entire barrel (held in place by 3 0-rings and braced in the middle with the deck) has to come off for a real spill. I never carry a vape in my hip pocket, only in my shirt or jacket pocket, so your mileage may vary...
