They don't heat up at all sir. Not in the conventional understanding and usage.

lol, that's how I pack when out for the day a long ways from home as well. At least 2 mods, spare set of batteries for each mod, spare juice for each... Never needed any of it other than the juice yet but I always take it if heading out of town for the day or longer.
