Actually like it quite a bit, just finished that build when taking that picture... It really is my favorite 18650 mod out there even though it's big for a single it's still a great vape.

This is the setup I'm using right now although the video is a week or so old...

Nice! I've been considering one ad a build deck. As much as I love my 521 tabs, I'd like to be able to test out TC bulids...

I have the Coilmaster 521 and prefer the Sifu to build on, it's also nice to test fire or well vape on it right after on the mod... I keep it in my build kit...

I use to have the Stingray X tips on everything, now it's the DotMod wide bore friction fit on everything that will take them.

I've noted that the ring wants to flex when you crank on it which can put it into a bit of a bind. When mine were stubborn I've had good luck placing the ring deeply into the natural circle formed by thumb and index finger. When that has failed I wrap a layer of masking or packing tape around it maybe a half inch thick, helps it remain rigid and offers a little extra leverage/grip. Usually just the thumb/index has worked.

re-built the 26650 Seeker mod with Big Buddah today, I think it was smooth Kanthal and cotton I been stainless and Rayon for some time now, its a nice vape again

I've put a tank ring on the locking ring. (I think this is what you're talking about?) If necessary, you could then get a bit more leverage with some pliers, and not damage the ring?
