idk I never had those issues with any of my 18650's or the ijoy one, I don't have the basen but I only have one ijoy & it isn't carried by anywhere good. I got the last one from a b&m that carried their mods & I did the scratch & sniff in the store, which checked out.
If your in the US myvpro.com and madvapes.com carries the Ijoy

50a and 5000mah?!?!?! I get it, 26650, but...o_O

That's a flashlight battery...ridiculously overrated. (maybe 20a? maybe less) I'd feel safer using a green Efest (which I do...the one Mooch put in the top 5 best perfomers, and rated them above the 20a rating on the battery) I have two of them and have pushed them as hard as the DNA75 chip let me, and they didn't even get warm.

Utoh...here come the battery police

No longer available at mad vapes, out of stock for the last while at my vpro. You can probably get it from vape sourcing but they tell you at checkout that it's backorder ed.

For me the liitokala 26650 has been a good battery though, the latest ones have been tested by the battery guy over on the flashlight forum and it's a legit 20a/5000mAh. I decided on that one bc, besides the ijoy all the others seemed to be rewraps of each other, and I already had got a green efest that was crap.

I wonder if it's a rewrap. Same chemistry as the 25R. That addition of nickel definitely improves its amp hour rating.
It most likely is, but flashlight guys haven't tested any 26650's that looked/performed the same way yet.

Probably not just a flashlight battery...
"Conclusion - The cell live up to its rating and is one of the top performers for 26650 at the current time."

hmm, I wonder if they are legit, I asked them in an email and tried all the places they confirmed as legit, which are oos atm. if so, they really marked those up lol... the one I bought at my b&m was 8 bucks.

This will beat this for price, Don't know with shipping.
Ijoy 26650 $5.90 per unit. Shipping will vary - from China. Can confirm the pair I purchased were originals.

IJOY 26650 BATTERY(40A 4200mAh) (1pc)

yeah this was the first place ijoy recommends to buy them, they confirmed they're legit. but they're on backorder. fasttech also has legit ones too bc the sneaky bastages took them out of the ijoy mods before selling them... lolz

tbh though, betwen the two I like the liitokala one a bit better, I can get some error messages with that ijoy one if I push too hard at low batt, but nothing so far on the liitokala. I was just running since yesterday it at 55w@ .3ohm down to a blinking batt meter befre I had to put it on the charger.

idk but for my personal i'll def. be using these in the future over any other 26650
