That’ll do! These days I carry a compact Springfield 9mm, I long for the days of the truck gun rack.
At home 12GA is the go to. Not many people that'll stare down a .50 barrel and not change their viewpoint on robbing you. I've scared off pistol wielding dumbasses with this, no need to call 911. There's something about a big bore pointed in your face that convinces a would-be thief that there are easier targets out there, lol.
