i hear al lot about the dwarv but each time i look into it i see so many variations and diameters and inserts and now a new version,that i just give up.
i can't afford buying all of them to just try and see see what i like.
any idea which one would be suitable for me as i only vape on the old kfl+v2 and sometime on the prime and a bit on the berserker mini.

that's the 22mm,maybe i should get the 16mm since that's about the size of the inner chamber of the kfl+v2.?

The Dvarw is the best MTL tank IMO but man $130 for a tank is tough, I will admit if my wife wouldn't flip I would probably be in line for the 24 FL.

What are those white mods?

The mods are Stratum Submariner's.

The Dvarw MTL FL would be closest to the KFL+v2. Chamber is smaller than a KFL. The 16mm Dvarw chamber is much smaller than a KFL.

I have Dvarw MTL's and KFL+v2's. Love 'em both. Great vapes.

The Dvarw FL's (MTL and DL) are due ~10 June, give or take, per KHW Mods. They're only making the FL's (no more OG's).

Another you may like is the Atmizoo Tripod. I have a couple and they are fantastic.
