I DID order red doors for all of my Dotmods so now all I need is some Christmas-y stickers and I'm all set:D

btw, dotmod is having a huge sale right now: 40% off of EVERYTHING and their doors are all $5 (regularly $30)

You ain't lyin. Jumped on that for some doors and a couple square bottles. Thanks.

I looked around some last night and found one, but I'm not familiar with the vendor and (most importantly) it's 50 bucs! I decided I don't really need a Christmas mod that badly. but here's a link if anyone else is interested.
VO Tech Dagger Christmas Edition 80W Kit

That's not a bad deal at all. Ours were around 30$ (on sale) and didn't come with an atty. Then, there were extra plates that ran about 15$, tho not the Santas or Jokers. Those came with the special editions.

Oh my, I'm glad I'm not the only one, just thought it was me who was unhappy with a chip all praise.
I would not have been able to say that Dicodes is much better than DNA75 TC mode until tonight, my Jac Vapor has been at rest for months.
I'm more happy with dna in wattage mode than I am with it in TC mode. Dicodes rocks in TC mode.

I’ll zero out the resistance tomorrow, read through the DNA manual and try my hand at it a bit. Incidentally, it is SS316L wire, spaced. So no fancy build.
I've been wanting a mod with a DNA-60 chip for a while, but now I'm very skeptical.
I have a bunch of DNA mods and have been super happy with all of them in TC mode.

I do have a Psyclone Mods SqEvo DNA 60 squonker and use it exclusively in TC mode. It works like a charm.

    Did you download eScribe?
IMO some tweaking is required in order to get the best performance with TC. With regards to TC, what works for one person, settings wise, likely won't work for others.

I also have a few JAC DNA 75's. The JAC Vapour thread has many experienced DNA folks.
    JAC Vapour Series-B DNA 75w

There is also a thread in the Lounge called Evolv-ing Thread that's all about DNA mods (and chicks w/coffee). A few of the most knowledgeable folks I know with DNA mods post there daily. BillW, DWCraig, Wayneo and MikeP to name a few. I am certain they can get you squared away.
    Evolv-ing Thread

And there are a few more DNA threads floating around ECF. They can be found under the TC section.

ETA: Also it's tough to beat the official Evolv forum. Tons of super helpful folks there. Including the ones I mentioned above.

I've been on the Evolv train since it left the station! (it still doesn't consistently like my Ti coils)

    I LOVE THOSE RED X'S!!!

Kat and I had a contest once, a long time ago. Who could gather the most.

I think I won but I don't remember. It was fun while in process. :D

    Thank you my friend.
Informative and an excellent post you had.

I had already installed escribe on my computer, and I downloaded the escribe manual tonight.
I do not intend to give up so quickly with the evolv chip.
I will be able to set up more profiles with SS316 but with different preheat on them.
But it is not certain that it helps, for me it seems that I do not get a stable temperature (yep, have tried other tanks)
Or it could be TCR or faulty coil resistance.

I have to read more and not least, learn the evolve.

    Nice vape Pigs.

But I must be very honest with you Mate... my eyes went straight for what looks much like a lovely red Fender Jaguar then came back to your vape.
Well spotted @ShowMeTwice ! It is my favourite bass. A little 3/4 scale Squier Jag. I bought it from Fender Aus back in 2013 for my son when he started playing bass. He's moved on to full scale stuff but that little beater is perfect for me. It was cheap but they are renowned for lovely necks (made in Indonesia). The pots and wiring are where they cut costs but that's easy to replace.
