Here is the GG Proteus with an Origen Tiny tank. The Proteus was one of the first, if not the first, mods capable of temperature control. It takes a single 14500 battery and requires a titanium wired atomizer for temp control. I've forgotten how to use it.

In case you're wondering I was active on ECF from 2011-2016. I still vape. I vape everywhere. Nobody can stop me. I have a large collection of mods from that era, mostly mechanical, some exceedingly rare. I disappeared from ECF about the time large companies horned in on the action and it turned me off. But by then I was set for life. The other day I just cracked open some nicotine that's been in my freezer since 2015.

Anyway lately I've had some time on my hands and have been looking at my stuff. Thought maybe someone else might want to look at it too.

I recognize your screen name. I’ve been here since 2009.

Congrats on 11+ years cigarette free!
I miss having GG and Imeo here on the ECF, but such is life.

Some of the old timers duck in now and again and you may find some others camped in comfortable, long running threads.
...what a long strange trip it's been.

    Cheers

    Cold Steel 100 - runnin 3.8V thru a bit over a 2 ohm coil in a Brunhilde.
The flavors are Oak wood, 7 Leaves Ultimate, and CT Shade.
The Shade liq isn't really that purply/violet color, it's a dark amber type color, I don't know why it came out the color it did in this pic.

setup.jpgThis is my actual daily setup which has remained virtually unchanged for a number of years. I burned through a couple of Lost Vape Therions and when they went away I bought 3 Centaurus-es. This is Centaurus #2. That's the thing about these regulated mods, nothing lasts forever. I uploaded a little bitty picture of Frank Zappa on the screen.
Right now there's a beefy .94 ohm 26g hand-wound single contact kanthal coil in my wonderful indestructible Eden Mods Rose3. I run it at 15.2 watts with a boost/punch of 7. In the end I always shoot for the type of vape you get off a great mechanical with a battery right off the charger. I vape 24mg unflavored VG nic. The tip is a prototype Trippy Tip Bert was considering making the last time I saw him. It was a gift.
