I am a GUY from L.A. not girl. lol
Ruby is a stone, ya know? :D

And rubys are often refered to as blood red rubys. It is common nomenclature. Just a description of deep color. I honestly don't see anything offensive here, and I do understand how pitbulls are fine animals untill they are abused. No question there.

I will ask Bill about the drop issue. I have actually talked to one other person who had had that happen....but I do not understand how or why it would be so. Sometimes this thread moves fast....so Sadie I will PM you with an answer as well as posting it here in the thread. How did it hit when it fell? Sideways or on one of the ends?

quick update...thanks to Mother Nature, my puppy had to spend the night in the car on my NPro charger. interestingly enough, when i got in the car this morning, the tip was dark and the light on the charger was green. hmmm...anyway, we're off to the races. let's see if the critter can hang on till lunchtime. as for dropping it, mine must've come with the prototype titanium case, cuz i've dropped it many times on concrete, ceramic tile floors, and a stainless steel sink with no adverse effects.

Yesterday I got 3 charges in! :) Had to work early. I again used a carto , then the atty, then the carto. I do get more vapor when using the atty. But it doesn't last as long as with using the cartos. I couldn't count puffs because I was at work and someone always interrupts me. Even if I write it down, I lose track while I am puffing!! Was that 2 or 3 puffs. So at work, no puff count. Anyway, it lasted me about 3 hours with the carto, but only 2 hrs and 18 minutes with the atty. Then 3 hrs and 10 minutes with the carto again. Today, I am doing it the other way...atty, carto, atty. I like both the carto and the atty. I really can't say one way or the other which I like better. The carto is easier, especially for someone that is new and just starting out. I would highly recommend
this to anyone. Male or Female.

As for the color of the led. I never put pitbull and blood red together as a negative thing. I have always heard of rubys being blood red. Sorry to hear of the death of a loved one Sassy...

I am getting great results for such a small package! I am very pleased with the vapor production from both the atomizer and the cartomizer. The PB gets my thumbs up for sure! I have been eyeballing the Hendu battery, I am falling in love with that purple tip, and might be ordering one very soon. The PB is a good quality automatic PV IMO. I am getting about the same results with battery life and charge time as everyone else.

Re-cap on first impressions.
Like the looks of the PB, finish on the Hindu cartos matches exactly.
Didn't particularly like the flavor of the med tobacco carto.
Draw is just a little to light for me.
I had problems with the threads as well, but my opinion is that the issue is with the cartos. After putting the carto all the way
on and off a couple of times the threads are fine. This has been the case with the first 4 cartos I have used so far.

Impressions after 3 days.
I have the super PB, I used for 5 hours right out of the box and got at least 300 puffs. Finally put it on charger only
because I thought I noticed a drop in vapor but wasn't really sure. First charge was 2.5 hrs.
The next use went for over 8 hrs @ appx 50 to 60 puffs per hour. ( just to qualify - I don't take really big puffs,
maybe 2 seconds ) It was still going strong when I went to bed.
Second charge was about 2.5 hrs but didn't use that day because I needed a diff flavor. Really need to consider blank cartos.
I took to work the next 2 days ( work 10 hr shifts but don't vape very much while working ) on 1 charge. When I put
it on to charge after 20 hrs at work it only took about 1.5 hrs to finish charging. Like I said, apparently I have the hyper dog.
The draw is still too light for me but if I cover one of the holes by the threads it is perfect. I get good flavor
and a light to medium TH. ( which is what I prefer )

Final thoughts -
- PB batty has a nice solid feel to it with a good finish
- CZ apparently has a foil backer with holes around the edge for LED light to shine through, a hole in the center
of the foil may allow light to shine through better/brighter. LED is in the center, right?
- Battery life is excellent though mine may be atypical because I don't take really long draws
- threads, whether the batty or the cartos, need to be fine tuned
- Out of the 4 cartos I have used so far; 4 seemed to be properly filled as far as amount of juice is concerned, 2 had the inner
tubes off center with one apparently floating loose ( I can not see daylight through this one though it appears to work just fine)
and 1 had the little filter out of sequence with the o-rings as compared to the other 3
- Would very much like to see blank cartos ( hopefully at a better price )

Overall I liked the PB a lot and would love to keep a couple of these in my arsenal, especially for going out ( gotta love the bling factor )
The price however, is a little too steep ( especially if cartos can not hold up to cleaning for extended use ) for my "blue jeans & t-shirt"
lifestyle. If "minimum fuss" and "ease of use" were a REALLY big issue for me I might consider these, but the lack of flavors
would still be an issue. ( even a few more types of tobacco flavors would make a big difference )

Thanks LK for the chance to beta test the pitbull. I may still be interested in getting another PB. After I use the cartos for a while
I'm going to try cleaning them, If I can get at least one cleaning cycle out of them the price may be more bearable. ;)

ya'll are so technical. Impressions from the ladies in our home.
First impression is "Wow, that is so cool".
- ALL of them love to color of the jewel just the way it is. Light could be a little brighter.
- edited... see below.
- They love that it lasts so long. None of them are really heavy smokers. 1 PAD or less. All of them can take it to work and it lasts the whole day. I gave it to one lady for 3 days and I don't think she ever had to charge it. (a light smoker).
- BTW, we have had no problems with the charger whatsoever. Red light turns blue on the charger and Amber light on the PB goes out.
- All of them thought it was very classy.
- Every one liked the balance. One thought the balance was better than the Classic. She said it felt more like it fit. The others liked it but didn't see much diff in the feel of the BP and the Classic.
- One checked it out against a 520 manual extended 510 battery. She liked the PB better. Really liked the automatic draw. She saw no diff between vapor production of the 520 and the PB.
- None of our girls are big on Throat Hit. All of them like it relatively smooth. They saw no diff between the PB or the Classic. One uses low nic, one uses med and one uses high. All of them were satisfied.
- All of them preferred the cartos once they realized they could be refilled with flavors. And I even had a comment that filling the carto (once the rings were removed) was easier than the SS cartridge because w/ the cartridge "ya havta hit the dang thing in the middle when you drip it."
- When asked, None of them would pay $20 for it. Of course, remember that currently they are using donated products. You want to look elsewhere for a marketing value. Our girls have very little money and most are working lower paying jobs. In the grand scheme of things, When measured against the cost of a starter kit, $25-$30 for the PB may be acceptable. But not to these ladies.

I'll continue to pass it around again and see if there is more input. I haven't given it to my daughter yet. She has a SS Royale. And really likes it. Won't see her until this weekend.

LK and Bill, thank you so much for allowing us to be a part of this awesome test. I can't thank you enough. You guys have been so good to us.

edit. - I misunderstood, This is a correction. They definitely noticed a difference in the draw. They just didn't seem to be bothered by it too much. However, they did notice the difference. Also, less vapor with the PB than the Classic. One of the ladies that has really taken a likeing to vaping is also a low to zero nic user. She uses the SS more than she smoked. But she frequently vapes Zero nic. So she cares more about the hand-to-mouth and vapor (and appearance) than throat hit and nic delivery. She noticed a lower vapor level in the PB. (So did I for that matter. IMO there is a lot less vapor with the PB.)
