I got my Go-go to KR808 adapter from CigEasy but it didn't work consistently on all my Go-go batteries. I think that's why CigEasy stopped carrying them.
I empathize with your situation. I started out with CigEasy's KR808 starter kit and always wanted more battery life. I wasn't dissatisfied with the vaping ... I just didn't want to be regularly surprised when the battery went blinky. I had great reservations about the Go-go ... until it arrived in the mail. What about all my KR808 cartos? After Go-going for one day I knew I'd only want more Go-carts. They were hands down better than any of my KR808 cartos. And lasted 3 times longer.
When The Elite came out I had reservations about it too. Until I tried it. The Elite edged out the Go-go slightly in the Throat Hit department. I started carrying an Elite and a Go-go in my pocket. I like to ping-pong between my favorite tobacco flavors.
I've experimented with a bunch of different e-cig types: eGo, Echo, Echo-e, and a Leo. None of them were as consistently satisfying as The Elite or the Go-go. They weren't bad ... The Leo is a great e-cig ... but The Elite and Go-go were just a tad better overall.
I've also tried couple of different types of tanks. First off ... when you're used to a 2ml Elite carto and the 3ml Go-cart it's hard to think of a 1ml carto as a "tank." CigEasy's Clear and Easy tank and the Clear and Easy Elite tank are pretty good. But they both are limited to 1ml of e-liquid. They perform well but I don't like to stop doing what I'm doing and refill that often.
So regardless of what I've tried ... I always return to The Elite and the Go-go. And I've pretty much stopped looking for The Holy Grail because I've got them in my pocket.
Here was my true test. Last summer we moved to Canada. I wasn't sure what e-cig supplies would be available to me so I was going to stock up big-time. The question was: What To Buy? Lot's of e-liquid. When it came to cartos I decided as much as I liked the Leo ... I wasn't going to invest in those 4ml giants. They performed at the Elite/Go-go level but they didn't clean up as well (I need battery and carto longevity). The eGo, Echo, and Echo-e were interesting but not enough to continue. I put 95% of my dough on Go-carts and Elite cartos. If all e-cig technological progress stopped today ... I'd be happily vaping these two PV's into the sunset.
I started vaping, like everybody else, to quit smoking. So initially I was trying to be an ex-smoker. I was an ex-smoker vaper. I haven't thought about cigarettes for a long time now. I don't think of myself as an ex-smoker. I'm a vaper now. I've got everything I need to fully enjoy my new habit that's become something of a hobby. There isn't anything "missing" so I'm not looking for anything.
But ...
I've still got half an eye out not for The Perfect PV, but rather The Perfected PV. Something that performs like a Go-go or The Elite, and lasts as long as The Go-go, but is the size of a Camel 100. And I expect it'll show up in 2 - 5 years. In the meantime ... as long as I've got The Elite and the Go-go ... I'm good to go.
As Frank at CigEasy would say, "Happy Vaping."
