Ok so I finally got around to doing some tests on LR heads. I tested two > 2.6-ohms to make sure the numbers were on par with my earlier test.

I ran through the marked settings 3.3, 3.8, 4.3, and 4.8-V with 3.2, 2.7, 1.7, and 1.5 ohm heads.

With the 1.7-ohm head the voltage was consistent with the SR stuff until I got to 4.8-V where it only put out 4.34-V That's 2.55-A and 11 Watts.

With the 1.5-ohm head the voltage topped out by the 4.3-V setting at 3.86-V, but that's around 2.6-A and 10 watts.

So this thing performs really well. I had noticed with dual coils that I could tell it was hitting a point where it was at it's max and dialing it up didn't help, but still at 10+ watts it's giving a great vape, and performing very well for it's price.

So I'd say staying with SR heads or LR no less than 2-ohm will give you a full range of voltages.

Finally I just looked at the fact that it's topping out with ~4.7-V under load and anything seems to limit current at ~2.6A, that basically means that a 1.8-ohm head will give you the most power without any dropoff in voltage, around 12.2 watts. any lower resistance will show voltage dropoff with the current hitting 2.6A and at that point you've hit the highest wattage (which will be under 12.2)

tl;dr: The limit is around 2.6-A and 11-W
