This is just me, but with a 50-Watt limit built in because of the chip, I build mine as if I have a 12 Amp battery. My target resistance is between 0.33 and 0.40, so with 4.2v on a fresh battery I get right at 50 Watts and I'm still getting just under 30 at 3.2v, which is where the chip cuts off.So, @Coastal Cowboy , what's a good build on the Pulse on the squeeze?
I use either twisted 28awg SS316L or 26/36 Clapton and 2.5mm ID. I have two Squeeze-Pulse setups; with one type in each and I can barely tell the difference.
A fat ID exotic coil with lots of metal in it is a waste--50 Watts is barely enough to get fused this-or-that wire to say "hello." You might also run out of room with the Pulse's airflow tubes. Thin gauge twisted wire or a thin Clapton, under 3mm works best. For me.
I could use a thicker single wire coil, but what I gain in better conductivity/lower resistance I give up in surface area. More surface area = more vapor and more flavor.
