So who needs access to the sub-forum in general? Is it open/visible to everyone (read only?). Is there a "PVT Crew" only part of it? Or is the whole thing "PVT Crew" Only?Committee

If we're limiting the proposed subforum (assuming it happens) it to 4 co-mods (though i dunno if we need to assume that limit) I'm assuming that so far it's going to be Whiskey, Tibs and Atty. So i want to make sure that there is a space in case someone really wants to be part of the list keeping subcommittee . It's also hard to volunteer when you don't know the scope of what it will look like.
I'm happy to help but also know that i can jump on things and try to take over, alternating with having no time...so i thought i'd wait to see if there were other volunteers.

ces, with a rotation of 6 editing members we should have plenty of leeway as to schedule. in your case, you could take the editing position 2 weeks running while on slow time and then not worry about it for another 2 months or so ....

but there also will be stretches of days when not much has to be done to the list - i.e. when our month is pretty much filled except for a few latecomers. which reminds me, y'all take a look at catt's list
