Dangit avid! I saw that pic and FREAKED OUT!!! At first I thought someone got theirs already, then I was ...... cause it wasn't me, lol. Dang photoshop! You got my heart racing first thing this morning, that's for sure! At least now this bit of vapeporn gives my Terminator something to be excited about as well :D

Sure wish we could get an update. Don't think I've more eagerly awaited a mod more than this one!

Machining the telescoping tubes the past few days, should be done with those in about two more hours. Then i'll start machining the optional extra length telescoping tubes and should have those done by tomorrow afternoon if all goes well. Top cap and bottom switch contacts are at the platers being Rhodium plated.

The ELA with Odysseus will be shorter then a GGTS with Odysseus on it though...

Can't wait to see just how much shorter. If you want a real lightsaber, I typically use my Ody in full mode on a TS with Kick+18650 . . . it's about 10 inches or so that way IIRC ;-)

The Kayfun would look great in any finish, but I think I posted a question to David regarding which finish the ELA matched the closest to the 3 different Kayfun ES 3.1 and he said the "y" finish was really close to the polished ELA.

I do have the Killer and I had the Steam Machine for a little while. The steam machine was amazing, but the shape and length was way too long and thin for my PV. Plus though I think the Steam Machine is supposed to hold 2- 2.5 ml of juice it ran out on me so much faster. I hated to sell it, but I did because I dont have the money to keep things just because they are gorgeous. I used the money towards the Odysseus.

I do like the Killer, easy to build and easy to use. Its not completely "perfect" it has its little set up curve, not bad. Its taste is amazing , very close to Odysseus, a bit warmer due to the narrow shape.

I wish I could afford the Kayfun ES 3.1, its beautiful. The Ithaka is also going to looks as beautiful. Kinda cool, The Ithaka parts will be compatible with Odysseus. Im sure it will be cool to mix and match to get some unique looks.

Nicks statement about the diameter of the ELA is correct. I just cant wait. I want the ELA in my hands right now. I dont think anything could not look good on the ELA.

Ive been a bit bored so the other day I played around with photoshop and did a quick mock up of how my Odysseus would look on the ELA. So here it is. Forgive my sloppy work.

PS the Odysseus is an idea I have for having it modified to match the ELA
PS. I also like the "dark side" of things.

Sloppy work???
You must be joking!!! That looks real cool!
Could you do the same adding some brass rings to give an idea?

I hope David has a bunch, make that BUNCH of 18500 (18490's) AW's in stock when this baby comes out... I'v been sticking to 650's forever up til now....

btw, am surprised how well a silica wick (Penelope) works on a good mechanical... 1.3 Ohms.... wow WOW!
The ELA will go both ways for me... Geni and Sili

That's a fact. A Penelope on a P+ is awesome.
