Precise ELA Telescoping Mod by Super-T!

Lets talk juice. I use 100% VG Coffee flavor.

Ive had the Plume Rooms expresso and its pretty spot on. I think they are high in VG but I think you can ask for all VG.
I have had Goodejuices reg coffee and its pretty authentic also.
I used to like the coffees but just never reordered them again. I hope someone will give you a good suggestion.

I've never tried any coffee flavors.. I've been vaping RY4 for almost 4 years now! LOL

I *think* I am starting to get burned out on it which is why I have recently started trying other juices.. No luck so far but I might have to give a coffee flavor a go..

Congrats Cucco on your new ELA. What I love the most about my ELA is I've never had a misfire with the button. It also was my first bottom button. I find I end up using my baby finger and operate the button with the big knuckle when in 500 or 650 mode.

I was actually finding I was having problems with my thumb knuckle when using top side button mods probably due to the chain vaping I was doing when I first quit!

It takes a bit to get used to the bottom button but of the bottom button mods I have the ELA is the easiest to use. Enjoy.

Half the time I use the inside of the second digit of my ring finger to fire. The other half, I use the tip of my middle finger and sort of make a fist around the mod. I've got big hands though, so the fist thing might not work as well for you as it does for me. The ring finger firing position probably will, though. To fire with your ring finger, it helps to perceive yourself pushing the mod down onto your finger, rather than using your finger to push the button up. Does that make sense?

Bottom buttons are weird. At first it was so counterintuitive for me. I use my pinky and at first it actually got sore because my brain was so conditioned that a button required a digit to provide an independent active action, something a pinky isn't use to doing. Over the course of time things changed as somehow my body figured out that rather than my pinky doing the work, the mod rests on my pinky and the work is done by a contraction of my whole hand. It's hard to describe but it's just a very natural squeeze involving as much of a downward motion of the mod against my pinky as an upward press of my pinky on the button.

I know a lot of people use the ring finger too.

Thanks! Yup, all of the above is what I have been doing. Just a little uncomfy still. With age, my fingers have lost all their baby fat. Long and boney. When I'm chain vaping, sometimes I switch to holding it like a pipe and use my index.

I am still having thumb issues from my old vape's slide side switch.

An easier way to fire the ELA, is to hold it between your thumb and forefinger, like you are waving goodbye to someone, reach with your middle finger and fire away as you wave goodbye!

I use bottom buttons exclusively. Though I feel the GP has the best button of all, the ELA fires smooth as well. I grip the ELA with my thumb, index, and middle finger. The bottom of the ELA rests on the middle knuckle of my ring finger, and firing is just as snork stated, a contraction of my fist MORE THAN an intentional move of my finger.

I like gripping the lower half of the mod anyways because if using a KFL it keeps me from accidentally plugging the air hole.

Before I finished that above statement, I almost typed "gripping the tube" in the first sentence, BUT I'm well aware of the kind of "minds" we have in this thread, and that would have birthed about 36 posts referencing "tube gripping".

And with a Precise you don't have to stress out about the cutout (the horns, the fishmouth) around the button lining up with your finger. Any orientation works fine.

Hey Cucco, I've found that Ahlusion's Kona Kick has made the biggest impact on me. Just a nice, smooth, crisp coffee with a touch of chocolate for a little sweetness. I could vape it all day and not get tired of it. I have not yet been able to find a good dark roast (Italian) flavor if that's your thing, but despite being lighter with a pinch of chocolate, I've found Kona Kick vapes beautifully.

I've always like Halo's juice.. A tad on the pricey side at $20 for 30ml but they make some good juice!

They have 2 different coffee flavors and I think I might order the smaller bottle size in each to try out.

Anyone try the Halo coffees?

As far as the bottom button goes, I use my ring finger right at the knuckle joint.
