I wished i lived close to Cucco.. I can get my KFL going in 10 minutes at the most.. I did get leaking issues out the airhole yesterday. But it was my fault.
I usually refill using the fill hole on the bottom, but i was being lazy and wanted to try something new. After rebuilding it, i decided to fill from the top. I covered the fill hole with my finger and screwed the top cap on.. Got gurguling and leakage from the air hole. Haha
Best to just fill it the way its supposed to lol..
Besides yesterdays error on my part ive never xperienced leaking... Im stumped
Leaks from the air hole could be a few short things.
1) Filling from the top cap (Cucco has said this was not the case)
2) Accidentally plugging or blocking the air hole when vaping
3) The o-ring in the top cap that connects to the chimney stack is missing, damaged, or not getting a seal.
4) Bad o-rings or a bad o-ring seal somewhere creating an air leak into the tank
5) Chimney not sealed causing massive flooding into the chamber
These are the only things I have ever seen or heard of that caused juice leaking out of the air hole.
Edit to add:
Cucco try clearing out the flooding by doing this:
Hold the KFL upside down and put a paper towel on the end of the drip tip. Blow into the air hole and juice will flow out of the drip tip into the paper towel.
Rinse, lather, rinse and repete until no juice come out of the drip tip end.
Flooding issue is now clear.. Vape and report back..
