Precise ELA Telescoping Mod by Super-T!

I need help, super T fam, I am hunting a polished SS top accent ring for my ELA. I never got one when I bought mine off of here on ECF and bow that I've been getting more accessories for my ELA it just seems incomplete without this. So of anyone has some spares please pm me!

Wow, I hope you can find one, it seems odd that the person you bought it from did not send it to you complete. If i were you , Id contact the seller and ask them why they did not send you a complete unit, unless of course they described it as missing the top accent.

Yes, the only outstanding Super-T order I have is the ELA - all this means is it's on the finishing bench.
I'm not expecting anything soon, only that I'm in the queue for David's final massage.

According to USPS - Out for delivery today. I got the shipping notice from Super T on the 24th, which I assume was when work began on my 'batch', as he usually does. The actual shipping was on the 28th.

Hang in there, it won't be long now.

OK, I got my solid top caps in today. Am I missing something obvious here? They each came with a tiny o-ring that I'm not sure what to do with. When I screw my adjustable post in, it seems to bottom out way shallower than my normal flat cap, and it doesn't go deep enough to make contact with my atomizer I'm putting on (usually I screw my atomizer in, and then screw the adjustable post in until it makes solid contact).

On top of that, if I then put the extension tube with the solid top cap/adjustable post in to my ELA with an 18350 battery, it has a noticeable gap (3mm or so) between the knurled locking ring and the bottom of the top cap. I can tell the battery is bottoming out and then the adjustable post is sitting on top of the battery.

I'm thinking I'm doing something wrong, and not using the adjustable post correctly with the new cap - and I think the likely culprit is the o-ring. Anyone else have theirs yet and can shed some light? I did have a long day at work, so my problem solving skills are pretty much kaput at this point.

My top caps came in. As usual, well machined Super-T treasures. If vaptamist is having an issue, then I don't think I will even attempt to put mine on yet. Somebody, please chime in here. Good luck vaptamist!

The oring is a replacement for the adjustable post one, figured peoples might be a bit worn. I just re-measured all the specs, they are identical to your adjustable draw ones, so I'm not sure why it wouldn't be working. Is there something maybe just down in there or on the adjustable post not allowing it to screw in all the way?
