Yeah, mine is a rather fugly looking brown glass protank bought from the local B&M. It was already an exchange for a couple of wrongly threaded tanks, so once I realized it was one of the ones missing the airholes I was still reluctant to take it back... It's amazingly ugly with my red mini, and doesn't deserve a beauty ring

Well I would think, that it would work with one of these, I know that you can also, just buy a replacement base for the pro-tank 1 also, I had bought some of those as well. I did not look at the link above, but the ones I bought was like $3.00, so I figured what the heck, they are cheep.

I got a couple of those, and never got them to do anything but CUT OFF airflow. Like "on" or "off" - maybe the beauty ring was missing from my attempt.

(My idea at the time was to protect VAMO 510 threads - no longer much of an issue, cause VAMO only gets used for EGO toppers these days...)

I have read, that some others had that problem as well, I think it had to do with what you were screwing into it, and where the air holes are located, with my pro-tank 1's they worked fine, but with some of the pro-tank 2's they did not work so good. I also was using them as thread protectors, but now with the provari, you don't have to worry about your threads.

I spent some time with this ring. If you don't care to read this whole post the short of it is the IBTpro is made for IBTanked tanks.

Too obvious sounding? OK, then you'll have to read on.

I wrote in an earlier post that this ring is tall. Here are some quick and dirty measurements.

Rings height measurements in mm from shortest to tallest.

In the shortest to tallest order. You can really see how much taller this ring is compared to the rest.

The IBTpro looks great on IBTanked tanks. The taper is perfect from the ProVari to the tank caps. The concave top matches the bevel of the caps so it and gives the most flush, gapless look possible. The extra height also solves the carto length problem with IBTanked tanks. Using other rings(or no ring at all) the cartos stick out of the top of the IBTanked tanks a few mm. You can see in the pics below that with the IBTpro the cartos are now flush with the top of the tank and with the other rings the carto sticks out a bit.

So it works perfect with the IBTanked tanks. What about other tanks? Well it works with the Phiniac but it looks terrible because of the 23.85mm caps. No issues with cartos fitting.

Here it is with the Loki SS1 and the GP SnP 22mm. It doesn't look bad but now we have some problems. The carto punches are now in the bottom cap. The top of the carto is well below the top of the tank. In the SnP you can see the o-ring. It has 2 so not really a problem.

Loki ring, IBTpro

So it works best with only the IBTanked tanks. What about Attys? I cannot get either the Kayfun or Ithaka to reach the 510 connector. Neither will screw down at all with the IBTpro. I imagine it would be the same for just about any other 22-23mm atty.

So the IBTpro, when matched with IBTanked tanks, is a GREAT ring that gives a great look. If you're not using IBTanked tanks exclusively, it won't be your only ring. You'll just have to buy them all like me

Hey guys, im getting a kayfun lite + as soon as its available and have been thinking about getting the lokilab ring. But theres 2 problems ive noticed. The first is that it doesnt sit completely flushed with the kayfun by a little and the second is that im currently using a innokin I30B which seems to not work with the lokilab ring. Obviously if the kayfun cone ring was available id get that one as its cheaper and more curved but its not.

Any suggestions?

What's the material of the llokilab rings? The local vape shop had the black ring provari ring but girl helping me didn't know what brand it was but it was $20 and ended up getting it still... The stainless steel one felt like steel but the black one felt like hard plastic but that's maybe because of the black coating? I ended up still getting it as I've heard bad shipping times from Loki lab.

Don't have my kayfun yet but using it with my innokin 30B and I have to screw it on tight for it to make contact with my provari.. Problem is that I do get airflow but its a really tight draw

Kayfuns and Russians sit flush with the Loki rings. Nothing wrong in the vertical axis... but yes, those rings being uniform 23mm there'd be a 0.5mm difference in OD all around horizontally!

Loki's the only black one I know of - and if so, $20 in a shop is a great deal, seeing as that's what Loki charges!
Now if they just made one themselves, it might have cost them $0.42 in materials - lol.
I think everyone agrees that $20 for a little plastic ring seems kind of steep. But the Loki black ring is the only delrin option (black or white) out there...

Well I got my new tank in from Vapor Labs, the Innovape M1 protank with attached beauty ring with air flow. It looks very sharp, end caps go on easily and the carto slides in perfectly! The airflow reminds me of my Zen carto tank (which I love) but always felt it needed more power or something... somehow gives a richer taste! As of right now very impressed, but unfortunately I dropped it on my floor, which is stained concrete and yep...uh huh...broke it! I am trying to find another tank in my arsenal that will fit it, if I find one I will take a pic for ya!

That tank's on my VERY short list - in fact, the only reason I haven't ordered one is that I'm hoping they'll soon ALSO have the Innovape RING that's expected soon (for other tanks) so I can get both items and pay shipping once.

Ah, sorry to hear that Stormy... sucks I know, been there. Hope you find a replacement tank soon. BTW, doesn't the package come with a spare tube?

Loki shipping isn't the best. I ordered last Monday, got shipping notification on Saturday and still no tracking info available. Glad it's just a beauty ring.
