I'm a little confused about something here. There are those that have ordered the five pack of batts and attys and some or all are bad and they are saying that they expect to get the bad batts/attys replaced. However, the policy of TW states that the 5 pack batts and attys aren't covered by the replacement clause but TW insists they say they are the same batts/attys.

It would seem that they would replace within a reasonable time within the same period as singles as it's not the customer's fault, yadda, yadda. I imagine that TW can get them replaced by their supplier if they are faulty. Selling in a bulk pack is a benefit for TW as well as the buyer. So how is it that some of you here expect to get them replaced?

Since I've read about all these problems I'm going to check each item I received today, the five pack batts and attys. I vaped from the first batt from 2 PM to 10 pm with no problems. Started on # 2 just now and am charging and plan on using all of them for at least a few hours each. Tried one atty and it works fine so far.

Thanks for the info guyz!

Just to let you know. I recently purchased a 5 pack of mega batteries from them and 4 of the 5 were bad. Switches sticking and fried one of my atomizers. I am using the 5th battery now(since yesterday) and knock on wood, so far so good. The others fried out immediately after initial charge. These were not covered under warranty, so I'm S.O.L.:-x they will not replace...

Plain and simple: I do at least expect them to work when they arrive, because otherwise, I'd give any company a blank cheque to send me things from their trash can. And I can't recall having hit my head that hard.

What's wrong with, say, a 24-hour or 3-day warranty? That way, the customer can be sure they will at least work when they arrive – which also means they worked when they left the seller. That's hardly asking too much, is it?
And the chance of actively ruining any part of a PV in that amount of time is not exactly high, is it, so there should be only cases where they really did send out faulty parts.

One of my batteries has had the sticking switch problem a couple times in the 2 weeks I've had it. Seems to be happening less often now. I've also noticed that it can take up to 5 pushes of the button for the batteries to work after a charge. The QC on these must be non-existant. The battery that acts up has a switch that is crooked and neithe of my batteries have a perfectly round hole for the switch.

If anyone has a non functioning Tornado/eGO battery, I'll buy it from you if the price is right as I'm dying to tear one apart.. lol

Ordered 3 kits from TW :
one is on its way...but now im a bit disappointed: First kit i ordered i offered to a dear friend. Batteries last like forever. Second kit...batteries last 2 hours on heavy vaping.

I wonder if i get a even worse 3rd kit.

P.S. dunno if this makes any difference. I bought the fast charger and 1st charges were done by it. My friend uses only the kit's charger. I charged my batteries with the standard charge now...but see no difference.

I orderd a five pack that I received on Friday the 26th. I have one that has a sticky button now on Monday morning. It doesn't stick every time so far but I'll keep an eye on it.

I numbered each one with a Sharpie so I could keep track of them. It's # 3 that I marked out of the package and I've only used it for about 5 minutes before it stuck. I had used #s 1 amd 2 for the weekend. I charged each one when I got them. Took about 1.5 hrs to charge each one.

Strange this have you guy been intouch with totally wicked they will swap over any faulty items .... am gunna look out if we get any similar problems....
I recently purchased a Tornado from TW as well as a 5 pack of extra batteries for it. One of my batts that came with the kit has a button that is kinda hit or miss and one of the batts from the 5 pack was DOA. It never flashed when I put it on the charger, the button never lit up when I tried to vape with it and it never charged. The light stayed red and never worked. TW sent me a RMA for the batt that came with my kit but refuses to exchange the one from the 5 pack. Some sort of policy about the price of a 5pack being such a "deal" that they dont offer a warranty. BAD POLICY It NEVER worked and it never will. I was totally put off by that and I wont be ordering anymore stuff from them. Ive spent alot of money at TW and never had a problem but the way they handled my issue was pure crap.

finally got my order in this morning for my white Tornado. Crossing my fingers it all goes well. It's comforting to know that if anything does go bad, the customer service is indeed there :)
Just dont buy any 5 pack value items like batts or attys. They dont offer a warranty and they wont replace them. At least they screwed me on my 5 pack batt purchase. I had one of them DOA, never charged, never worked and they refuse to replace it. Good luck with that

I was aware of the no warranty policy on the multi packs but I thought it was worth a try since it NEVER worked right out of the box. I think thats a BS policy to start but I tried. They dont budge thats for sure
