Problems with orders from FT

You know what they say.

I say disband USPS and start over. Delivery is USPS's whole business yet they manage to screw things up daily for many.

Last year USPS had a package of mine in my city that they then sent to NYC (1000 miles away) and then back here - 3 times - before delivery.

Efficient? Oh yeah, that's not a service selection on the Good-Cheap-Fast.

Speak of the devil, my may 16 order just landed in Chicago.

Chicago held mine hostage for 2 weeks after clearing customs. I was at fit throwing levels of angry by the time it finally left that city...

I was fairly certain at the time they had vaped my project x and decided they liked it too much to send it on... lol

Well, I am an idiot. I was checking on the status of one of my fasttech orders and noticed that I had ordered the wrong version of an item in one of the orders. Every other item is showing "ready to ship" except that one. Not really sure what I should do.

Get a refund for that one item and re-purchase the correct one. I've done that a couple of times

Create a ticket and explain your situation.
They'll cancel your one order, and give you store credit.
Then you can get what you want.

Oh and by the way @P2PLeon , good job on quitting cigs !!!!!!

I was given someone else's tracking number. Still waiting......

See, it's not just USPS. The Royal Mail ain't much better.

I didn't know if there was a way to add to an order or switch out for the correct one.

I'm probably too late, but once you've paid and the order is being processed, just delete the item you don't want and ask for a refund--make sure you ask for a refund to your cc, not a gift card. Then order what you want. Don't open any tickets--it may take them a couple of days to respond and by then it may be too late to change your order.

I tried to use fasttech for the first time yesterday. Long story short: shipping to UK for 35$ order came up to 30$ (wtf?). The very first order I tried (Around 50$) resulted in some ridiculous shipping, like 60$ (but order included a drone, it said only one type of shipping available due to the battery inside). Is this normal or am I doing something wrong?

Any item order that has an internal battery is more expensive on the shipping .

True, but I've also been ordering from cigabuy and shipping never reached such crazy price. The 60$ shipping on the first order I tried to place with Fasttech was actually more than the order itself...

After over 3 months, my FT order finally arrived. The boxes of coils that I had ordered were all smashed, like an elephant had used the package as a step stool. At least the FT ordeal is over. Now I'm just awaiting the arrival of my order from Sourcemore.
