I got some Ikenvape platinum cartomizers today. Thanks Kat.
I have the Iken and Sophia V2 side by side to compare them, note each of my build on the Sophia has been a little different. The first thing I notice is the draw is looser on the Sophia V2, this is a plus in favor of the Sophia. I feel like I am getting a larger volume of flavor, a plus in favor the Sophia. The Sophia is creating larger clouds but I am not a cloud chaser, this is still a plus in favor of the Sophia. Setting up the Iken vape is easier and quicker than the Sophia, this shouldn't be a big surprise. This part is a surprise for me, as I compare the taste they seem almost identical. I get more volume of flavor from the Sophia but the taste seems to be the same to me. Kind a like the difference between a teaspoon of ice cream compared to a tablespoon of the same ice cream.
Ikenvape Platinums have been my favorite cartomisers, I feel they are much better than others I have tried. The Sophia beat it for sure but the actual taste seems the same, just more of the flavor with the Sophia. I do still like the plug and play simplicity of the Ikenvapes but rebuilding the Sophia is not bad. If they become available again I think I would still like to get 50 of them to just have around for those days I don't have anything rebuilt. I can vape on it while rebuilding. I still like the Ikenvapes but I do like the Sophia better.
WillyZee's posts as well as several other peoples posts have me anxious to try a Kayfun.
I do think I need to get one of those old 19mm glass carto tanks but not for regular vaping. I don't want to pull this cartomizer but will when I get another Sophia. I don't want to store a good but partially used carto like the others. I think I want a 19mm tank to store a partially used carto in a moist juice environment and maybe used it from that tank when I am stuck having to rebuild everything. I cannot believe I am thinking about getting a Pyrex 19mm tank.

I'm fairly certain that the only requirement for transport will be gravity, and neither of us will likely need a passport.

Me too. i just could not see me giving up one of mine. I have thought about it, but the people i know just wont put down the smokes for nothing and if i gave them one they would say it was too heavy and all kinds of mess and they would go right back to smoking.

I have watched video after video taken them to a shop and had someone show me. still nothing. the one the guy set up for me was great until i had to rewick it. i was so mad. i just dont get how i cant do it. the kayfun is definitely my nemesis.

I wish I knew what to say. I was gonna have you send it to me and I'd get it going for you so you can see how it should be wicked but you said you already went that route with your local guy so I don't know how I can help. I did a pictorial. Did you see it?
No i dont think i have. I gave my kf4 to the guy at the shop after i got so ...... off. lol the kfl i got rid of a long time ago. sold it to some guy. i got the 4 thinking maybe with a new design i might just get it. the joke was really on me. lol kf-100 me-0
