This Halfling tank, on my Le Petit Gros, is BEYOND small!!!

To date, the P3/KFL combo, with the SteamTuners "Tiny" cap is the smallest usable setup I've had.

Yes the carto tank/mech setup could work, but the 18350 would be dead after one hit!

In the EU they would have to pay VAT.

If the vendor is in Germany and takes the VAT form, US Military do not have to pay VAT. This is part of the SOFA agreement between the US and Germany. There is a small application fee to get the VAT form. I believe the agreement also exists with the UK and France.

They need to update their website. According to Wikipedia the junta was in May 2014.

Maybe it just exporting, @Siam Diesel seems to able to import from the US.

I am waiting for more responses back from the ones that said no to the USA. I tried to order on some of the sites but it was rejected. I am guessing a mismatch between billing and shipping addresses.

I have not got any where with the UK site yet. The UK site only has United Kingdom and Ireland in the drop down box for billing. I am going to guess shipping is going to look the same way.

I don't think I have had this much trouble getting anyone to take my money on an available product before.
