I've had prostate issues for years, actually. You're referring to a biopsy, I think? Had that a few years ago. What he wants to do now, is laser it to a smaller size. That's what my brother just had done. It's not gonna happen on me, at least in the near future. No sir, it won't.

I'm glad you found out you had a problem with Gluten and could do something about it.
Yes, he wanted to take a core sample, using a local anesthetic. Eff that, my Grandfather had an enlarged prostrate back in the late '70's, they took a core sample, and guess what, he died from prostrate cancer that spread all through his body and eventually wound up in his bone marrow. Could some cells have been dislodged during the procedure, possibly... no one will ever know. I only have one kidney, the right one had a carcinoma growing inside of it about 17 years ago, not really sure about the exact timeframe anymore. Got a nice big zipper on my belly from that one :) Had a whole bunch of good years since, and did some things I never would have dreamed about before. Learned to skydive and made almost 600 jumps, took up scuba diving and have been on countless dive trips to some really beautiful destinations. Met my wife while she was just learning to dive, I used to carry the flag for my local ( at that time) dive shop so the instructors could focus on the students. It's been a blast, because I realized if you want to do something, then JUST DO IT. You only got one rodeo, so might as well go out of this world, skidding sideways, bruised and skun up, tired and worn out, saying, MAN...WHAT A RUSH!!!!

I like your life philosophy! Charlie keeps reminding me life is fleeting and that I should loosen up and have more fun. I can be a couch potato, that's for sure. I had an uncle die of prostate cancer and my PSA is always elevated. I have a PSA every 6 months as I think they think it may only be a matter of time for me. Fortunately, the procedures they have these days are so much better and life expectancy, if caught early is quite good.

It's good to do things that are out of the comfort zone occasionally, gets the juices flowing and reminds us that we are alive, and transient.

So when I read the post about making the little organ smaller... Well... For a moment I thought... WHAAAAAAAT? People actually make them SMALLER.... on PURPOSE?

Then in another post the "prostate" word was used... and I felt really stupid.

I'm so ashamed.

I'll just go buy them an evic or something they can bat around........LOL

Poor Willy.

Say, hasn't there been some here who have converted a P2 or P2.5 top cap to a P3 top cap?

Congrats Bronzed One. A like new Provi with a flat top? New LED in green to match your purse and heels? Good show!

And they look nice! Plus it gets me away from having to use that dopey beauty ring.

Now wait just one little minute. I love my Provi rings!

Attention High Rollers!!!

Need something to use at the Horse Races, or the Golf Course Country Club?!?

Well, Here ya go...

Love da Bonnah.

Oh no....... Where is BRONZE? Who ARE you? Bronze doesn't say "YAY!!!!".

That old beveled top cap on the P2/2.5's were fine back in the day of Stardusts and Vivi Novas but sure have gone obsolete now. So happy to get away from those cheesy beauty rings that would spin around and keep your atty from setting properly on the posipost.

Ummm.

You should go read the last 8 pages of the Radius thread, you'll be an electrical genius...................................Hahahhahahahaha......................

It was more for entertainment value. They're having that, I know more then you about watts and volts, chest thumping thing going on. Again.

Looks like I've got some fun after din reading to do, eh?

Who is the electrical genius super star?
