But Charlie did tell me, he's going to let me get the 55" 4k Ultra Samsung TV that's on sale. So that cheered me up a bit! Yes it did!

Here's a great fasttech find for any of you that subohm and build your own Kanthal coils....

A buddy just received one of these coil sets and I was amazed at how great a product for super cheap it is. 48 really cool coils in 8 different flavours for under $8. I bought two and I am good at rolling coils and have almost 1500ft of wire on hand. These are just easy and the builds are super cool.

I can't even get 48 Claptons out of an $8-10 15ft roll of Clapton wire, let alone accounting for my time to roll a coil 48 times.

In any case, just a heads up to anyone interested....

Xactly. Summer is the price we have to pay to get to live happily and comfortably during the fall, winter and spring months. And we pay a high price during the sultry steamy summer months. But man oh man, the sublime fall, winter and spring are simply worth that price! Yes they are!

Did anyone ever tell ya that you're easy?

Uh, yes, yes they have!

So the day ended mucho better than it began. The electricity did come back on and they were able to finish running the 220v line to where the spa will be. Our landscaper stained and sealed a large portion of the fence and we simply love the stain color we picked out. We went with a semi-transparent stain, so the wood grains would show. Very nice. The pavers will arrive in the morning and the paving will begin. We picked out some nice pavers. I'll take a pic tomorrow and post it. And they finished up the suspended shelves in the garage. We're going to reorganize the garage in the morning and get everything off the floor and away from the walls. This will make it so much simpler to park both cars in the garage.

The icing on the cake was I came home a few minutes early and we went to our favorite Sushi restaurant, where I had a nice Saporo on draft and some great food. Followed by a trip to BestBuy where I bought the 55" 4K Ultra TV and and 32" HD set for the exercise room. The 32" tv for the exercise room is in an armoire directly in front of the Octane Elliptical and will make working up a sweat more enjoyable. The 55" 4K Ultra won't actually be installed until the week of the 28th because our A/V guy is out of town until then and I really want him to install it. He set up the new system in the new house and he also programmed the new Harmony universal remote, so he'll get everything working in "harmony" when he installs the new TV.

All in all, what started as a rather frustrating day, ended on a very nice note. Yes it did!

Well, I never! Ignored while I am in therapy.

Hey, my electric company raised daytime rates like crazy and lowered "off peak" rates. They sent a flyer out saying that everyone should do laundry, wash dishes and make coffee between 2-5am. Seriously.

Guess the water company says I should water the grass in the rain? P.s. No offense as I know you are now "grass challenged".
