One should always be worried about cheap suits.

So tacky.

Someone posted that a query to ProVape produced the answer that, yes, updating would go forward, but, if I am reading the forum posts on the subject correctly, the general consensus is that we don't know for sure.

So, now that Black Monday has arrived, here's a question.

Being that I'm on the road, and thus away from my laptop, I haven't had a chance to download ver. 26 and update my Radius. Obviously the update itself was released in time, but will downloading and updating my device after The Bad Date count as a New Product? Should I be worried about men in cheap suits and Ray Bans beating down my door? (More so than usual, anyway.)

Because the software update is considered a tobacco product, it was released before today, and therefore qualifies as having "been on the market".
Now, VER27 will cost Provape anywhere between $45k and $1mil to get approved, and can take anywhere from 2-3 years to do so.

Just wondering what yall think. One of the shops here posted up on FB that they would be charging 25 cents for you to become a member. With the membership they are of the idea that they can still sample out liquid, help out with equipment and so on and so forth. Do you think this gets around the law? Others have said they will be charging 1 cent for samples. No one ever said how much they had to charge. But that membership thing sounds like a good idea. In the dry town close to me they used to have memberships at restraunts that you bought once a year so you could drink. Feed back please!

I'd like to thank all the Democrats who knows what's best for me. Vaping is bad for me and worse than cigarettes. Gun's won't be next but ammunition will be.

:lol::rolleyes:
WHat, no thank you for the republicans, healthy care professionals and special interest groups including BT and BP "who knows what's best for you".

What about the dems who don't care what you do, no thank you for them either.

You're not kidding. Several years ago a friend of mine got into trouble and needed some fast cash. I picked up a NIB _________ and a _________, plus rounds of ______ for each. I told him he could buy the stuff back within a year. He didn't. I felt sorry for the guy. But, wow, was that ever the best investment I ever made. The hell with the stock market. Just buy guns and ammo.

I don't know how to post a video, but here's a link to YouTube song (I hope this is ok to post the link, all language is clean!). Found it on my vape shop's Facebook page. I thought you all would enjoy it.
