I had a hot dog and a salad. on Sunday's I grill hot dogs for anyone on third watch that wants one. staff can come by and hang out for a few minutes, have a dog or not , a few laughs , and go back to the goofiness.
I had a wonderful Easter at my son's new home in NC. The folks in NC are great people. As in any state if you look for trouble you'll find it. Bye

It seems most all vapers in the early years noticed a pretty dramatic reduction in colds and flu, etc. I certainly have seen a drastic improvement. Still at 2/3 PG myself, I wonder if those using very high VG levels are losing most of this benefit.

It's certainly pro-PG, but it's also from 2009. I hadn't even become a full time vaper when this article was originally published and I'll soon be a 5 year veteran. But anything that isn't anti-vaping is good. Yes it is! I too have had a significant reduction in colds since I started vaping full time. I think (SR, knocks wood to not jinx this) I've had maybe 2 colds in the last 3 years and they were very minor. Compared to the mess of sick I'd get when I smoked, this is amazing. Amazing, I'm tellin' 'ya!
