Yep got everything but the atomizer....glad i had a few I just cleaned laying around. Sent an email through the website..its not a big rush for an atty...lots of people having sleepless nights waiting for their prodigy catch up on their orders first lol
Ack, I just ordered a ton of BE112's. What exactly is the issue with them? The connector on the BE's battery side doesn't hit the Prodigy's adaptor?

Looks like the center of the atty of the be112 are raised abit more than the generic/original. Using and original battery a generic or an original atty takes 2 1/2 turns to screw in completely...the BE112s take 1 3/4 turns to screw in looks like thats because the center connection pops out further. I'd take a picture of the 3 but its really hard to show depth in the pictures...if you have some compare them.

So you've been dealing with it by either keeping the atty a little loose, and by tapping the center of the adapter in slightly?
Is there any danger to the Prodigy if you tap the adaptor's connecter a little deeper to fit the raised BE112? Can we pull it back out with a needlenose if we switch over to other atty's?
I wonder if you could push in the center of the atty itself without compromising the wiring within...
I've got a ton of BE112's sitting around, because they were the only atomizers I really liked, haha, so I'm keenly interested as to how this progresses.

Im using a maglite flashlight belt case. drilled/cut a hole out of the bottom and put a washer around the hole just big enough for a 801 atomizer to fit. Works great.
I havent been able to get them secure without risk of stripping the threads. It just barely hangs on crookedly so i havent forced them. I tried tapping the center on the atty but it seems pretty stiff in there...I cant find my hammer to give it a good hit.
Steve about the center post on the 801 adapter..it it just set in or is it screwed in....If i tap it lightly will it go down a little without breaking it? I'd test it but i dont want to break my new toy the first few hours i have it

One word: amazing. My Prodigy arrived today. The 801 atomizers I had on hand are a perfect snug fit. The end cap required hubby's assistance to completely attach...nothing major...according to him: "you're just a girl." ; P I imagine the spring will give in time...or it would be easy enough to adjust if necessary. I'm using an 801 atomizer, with a 901 adapter on order. While I'm only able to compare it to an 801 penstyle, a 901 mini, and a few misc. disposable e-cigs, I believe I have located my permanent vaping apparatus. I will have to adjust my draw...as it produces such an extreme amount of vapor that I coughed for a bit. You can hear the juice sizzle when you depress the button...and a very slight draw is all it requires (for me, anyway). I am pleasantly surprised to discover that I didn't notice a flavor loss with the 801...which I was concerned about. The atomizer runs a bit warmer...which I expected. This may consume a bit more liquid...but I'm fine with that...when considering the increase in vapor production. Four months and several hundred dollars later...this is what I've been looking for. Initially, I wanted something that had the look/feel of a "real" cigarette. Now, I simply want something that I'm not constantly charging/changing batteries/struggling with it to get good flavor/vapor. This is it!

The adapter is simply *pressed* in ... Not screwed!
If you need the center post to be longer, hammer from the inside of the adapter (the very center post)
If you need the center post to be shorter, use a philips head screw driver, set adapter on concrete or hard surface, and tap it until the center post goes down! That should work

not sure biteme ... I can check! This entire weekend parts are being made ... All pastic is ready, just waiting on more Adapters .... I'm hoping to pump out 200-300 more on Monday/Tuesday/Wednesday So, we can be caught up by the end of the week on Everything from Prodigy's to PT's to 510 adapters

And I can't stop vaping.
This by far the most smooooooooth vape I have ever experienced. Tasty too.
In fact, I find that I get more flavor without a cartridge in place. Never thought clove eliquid could be so delicious and smooth. I see now why people like to drip.
With a cartridge in place I find that the atomizer's high ridge pushes the fluval core I use almost a 1/4" back- and the liquid is vaporized very fast. I am on my second cart within 1 hour of heavy vaping!

I finally got home from work today and I began troubleshooting again with more gear. I first put the atomizers I had used on the Prodigy on my screwdriver and none of them worked. So I grabbed a new set of batteries that I just received from Battery Junction today and a new 901 atomizer and assembled the Prodigy again. It fired right up. I took it all apart again and felt the temp of the resistor on the back of the switch. No heat whatsoever. I then looked at the batteries that I had taken out of the prodigy (the batteries I had at work with me / not the new ones).
This part needs an explanation - When I receive batteries I heat shrink all of them with colored heat shrink so I can differentiate the performance and life of each battery. I peeled the heat shrink from the batteries and realized they were two 3.7v batteries that I use on my Screwdriver. I must have mixed my piles. So this whole ordeal is my fault. I have since removed all heat shrink from all of my batteries and have invested in a P-Touch Labeler. It is important to note that using two 3.7v batteries is a huge "no-no" as it overheats the resistor and takes a few hours to cool down so it can be used with two 3v batteries. It is also important to note that the resistor is built like a tank and can take the licking.
There is a thread out there where someone asked if they could use the 3.7v batteries and believe you replied that as long as it made contact it would be ok but I think there should probably be a sticky with Prodigy Do's and Don'ts.
