What is the concept behind the V2? Will it stay with the 5V?

Just got home from work and poped in my first freshly fully charged batterys and boy Im i loving the prodigy ...diffently a lil bit of learning curve with the manual switch but i get the feeling in a day or two its gonna be second nature.
also the spring in the bottom is allready starting to break in and the change of batterys went fine without a hitch the t/h on this thing is awesome.
once again great job steve you have made a winner congrats
combovan
Oh good, thanks. I'm thinking it might be perfect for my grandmother. Then again, she might decide my Prodigy really isn't too big and "borrow" it when I visit next. Her PT just died and she's not a happy camper.

awww... Great Combo !!!! The manual switch does definitely take some getting used to, but in the end ... being able to define your own t/h is quite awesome ... take it easy ... don't want to keep you up tonight with a nic buzz
LOL .... grandma's are awesome ... If you have something, and they even remotely like it ... you better get them one, or they won't send you a nit sweater next Christmas !!! hehe
Originally YES, and we MAY still shoot for that ... The problem being battery size ... we can do it and roughly cut down about 1 - 1.25" off the prodigy, BUT, it will only be roughly 500mAh and batteries would need to be charged every 2 maybe 3 hours ...
So, we may just go for the 3.7v long life style on the v2![]()
interesting frankly !!!!
do you happen to have a multimeter by chance? I ask, because we have tested up to roughly 8.2 - 8.3v inline on the resistor for several hours and never had an issue ...
If you could test each battery then test them inline and let me know that outcome, that would be excellente !!!! also, what type of 3.7v RCR's do you have, so I can get a set a try!!!
Booorrring...
To paraphrase your new motto: Go 5V or go home.
It seems to me that PS can establish more of a competitive advantage with 5V products.
The batteries for the Prodigy are cheap and can apparently be recharged many, many times, so a shorter battery life shouldn't be an issue (within reason).
I'll do you one better and send you two of them. The batteries are Spider Fire 3.7v batteries from Deal Extreme. A single battery, fully charged rates 4.24 volts. In a series, two batteries rate 8.48 volts.
My grandma's not the knitting kind. She's an expert guilt tripper though and has the power to make sure my mom makes me more than aware should I offend. LOL
Her PT died and by golly I better do something about it! Of course here's the list of what I need to do about it. And I need to remember that when she passes on all her e-cig stuff is going to come to me. 8-o
Sorry, but I couldn't talk her into a PS PT and the one she does want is just going to keep having to be replaced often.
Prodigy V2 may score me BIG brownie points though, so I've got to keep an eye out.![]()
I haven't tried it again. To be honest, I was scared to. Do you want me to try it?
LOL .... Guilt trips ... they are the WORST !!!!!!! She didn't like my PT ?!?! howcome ?!?!?!![]()
This saddens me!!!! Lets hope V2 gets me some brownie points !!!!!
