Prodigy Shipping Date?

The Prodigy was announced on May 1st with an anticipated shipping date of 2 to 3 Weeks, PureSmoker.com - Your #1 Source For PV's, Parts, & Accessories! states 2 to 4 weeks. What is the anticipated ship date of the prodigy? Tomorrow marks 4 weeks and I am just wondering when we should expect to start seeing shipping confirmation emails.

At least PS did not promise it to you on a certain date then act like it was your fault that they can't make that date.

I am under the belief that no one lives up to their promised date when releasing new products. While PS did not promise a specific date they did promise a specific date window, which ends tomorrow. I'm not here to start a flame thread on PS or anyone else. I'm just here to manage my own expectations and to try to get an answer on when the prodigy is going to ship.

ha ha no not at all , just realistic. When Steve announced the USA Made PV all those weeks ago and then followed it up by saying they would be shipping in a few weeks... i thought in my head "well.. there is not a chance of that happening"

don't get me wrong , I'm as stoked about getting my passthrough as much as the next guy, But i get the feeling we will all be waiting for longer than we all though. No biggie , it takes time and i'm sure it's no easy task getting this thing made.

Yep, We're all in the same boat...

But actually, Steve stated "About 2-4 weeks before shipping" on the release date (5-08-09) which puts the "Window" at 5-22 to 6-05, Still hoping they make that window!

Haven't seen a post from Steve in a week...Hopefully they have been too busy testing finished parts and getting packaging ready...Maybe No news is good news, but I'd still like to get an update where things stand.

Casey said (via email) yesterday, She would try to get an update posted on the forum soon.

In all fairness though... I think we all had our suspicions that we would not see any V1's or PT's shipping within the anticipated window, especially after Steve announced the recent Changes & Improvements to both product lines.
Last minute changes affecting tooling and manufacturing all add time to the process. But I'm not giving up hope yet... Maybe Steve will find time in the next day or two to give us an update.
