Has anyone seen any progress/updates from usps tracking on their recently shipped order(s) this week? :confused:

USPS has been SUPER WONKY this week. We had 6 customers write to us that their orders never came after 5-6 even 7 days, and then they all mysteriously showed up within the last 2 days. Don't know what's going on at the Nashville post office, but it's definitely a little disorganized. Stuff doesn't get scanned, and then is rarely updated until things are delivered!

7 days for priority shipping? Now I know why they call it "going postal".:lol:
Who's running the USPS office down there this week? Kramer and Newman or Barney and Goober? :p

well I'll tell you why...I worked in the postoffice for two years (temp/casual) The FT/regulars are very ticked off with upper management right now. The upper management have taken away overtime.....long list from hell, and fired 90% of the casual who do 80% of the work. So the regulars are now moving slower than before (backed by unions). so expected a lot of delays this summer with packages. plus the casuals made up 20% of the work force cheaper labor.

Ya'll wanted to see what was happening, here's order #'s 16696-17047 laid out and patiently waiting for their Prodigys, PTs, and adapters. Notice that the juice is also patiently waiting :thumb:

so with orders 16696-17047 being shipped out I am hoping for 17048-17320 (17320 is mine) will be shipped out tomorrow hehe? please Casey :rolleyes:

Don't hold your breath. I''m 17277 and was just told 7-10 more days before it ships.

Hey Casey, the added adapter on my order is less than $1.00 to ship separately so please don't hold up my Prodigy waiting for the adapter.

We're actually changing the status and all that on the website as we speak, I'd like to note that it did say available: pre-order next to all the Prodigy items (adapters included). It's just on the Product info page.

As for the adapter/order thing, it shouldn't hold up your order, but we are no longer splitting up orders into separate shipments unless a second order was placed. Sorry for the inconvenience, but it gets way too confusing for us to split up shipments like that. It shouldn't be an issue anyway, just thought I'd let you know for the future. :)

Guys, it depends. Whatever the manufacturer gives us goes out- we don't always know how many units we're getting which makes it really tough to guess on shipping times. As soon as units come into us, we test them and send them out- we're packaging them faster than they can make them. It also depends on where you are in the queue. I'm sorry that I can't give exact dates, but we just never know how many of what we're getting in at the end of the day. It could be 3 days, could be 7, could be 10, could be 14 at this point. I just can't give a solid answer.

I can send you a screen shot of the ticket reply if you want, but 7-10 is what I was told. Now it could be 14. This gets worse by the minute.

I wonder? Has there ever been a point where you guys actually had stock on hand or has every order been a pre-order deal?

Sounds like they make 5 of these a day over there. As many of these things as you have sold you would figure your manufacturer would have developed a few ways to pump em out quicker. Maybe you need to start looking for a new manufacturer or renegotiate a deal with em so you can pass some savings on to your customers. Make the manufacturer eat the discount till they can get moving faster and supply you with actual stock on hand.

15% off for pre-orders sounds good to me.

Just my 2 cents

We are asked roughly 30 times every day when someone's order is going to ship. We try to the best of our knowledge to give the best judgement of time we can at that very moment in time ... There have been hiccups, along the way, which we have now learned to try and account for, etc.. but, an estimate in shipping is just that, an estimate. If you have followed any of the threads on our subforum, I go over everything in pretty good details, as far as machining use, what machines can do what, assembly time, etc...

If you are unhappy with our service or no longer want to continue to wait, You are free to ask for a refund an we can take care of that for you. We hate to see you and all clients put in a *waiting* type position, but please understand, the feeling is mutual here as well. We aren't a large ecig manufacturer like some of the Chinese manufacturers ... (IE: First Union/Sailebao/etc...) but, we are striving everyday how to make/assemble/and get these puppy's out the door quicker ...

Sorry, that may not be the response you wanted, but its all I can give you...
