The battery is a Provari and I wrap it on a 1.6 mm rod with 30 guage Kanthal...about 7 wraps. That usually gives me around 1.6 to 1.7 which I prefer. I vape 50/50 and I vape mouth to lung.

The only thing I have to add here is that any time you break the seal (to fill) you are susceptible to flooding. Does this happen upon re-filling?
Whenever I refill I remove coil and clean all below with q-tip, replace coil and make sure all is tight.
Gurgling: leaky tank seal, too low wattage setting, wick not completely filling wick slot in coil head, distorted coil, drawing too hard and/or too long.
As chanelvaps rightly said, sometimes flooding/gurgling will occur right after filling. I typically use a thermometer flick techinique to clear flooding. Just a quick downward flick of the device to sling the excess juice out.
If flooding continues after flicking, one of the above is happening.

Is the wind coherent? Symmetry. Localization. Termination. After all, this is the microcoil thread.
If not spacing is the issue and sidewall/topcap shorting, first and foremost, hangers. Cure the wind deficiency, then all the other issues can be isolated reliably.
No good wind? There's no tellin'. Not really.
(What I was confronted with when I started the tension study. There was no repeatable, reliable coil. Spaced and torched coils were shorting. I nearly failed to quit.)
Eliminate the smoking gun then bring in all the usual suspects.

Found out my problem!!!
The washer that seperates the glass to the bottom part is missing...Does anyone know what size and where I might can locate one.

Missing bottom tank seal would probably not cause gurgling; just leaking. Missing top tank seal however would cause flooding/gurgling......just say'n

A scaled down "mini" gizmo with hardened high speed steel winding mandrels that don't bend when you apply tension, in sizes commonly used for vaping, with a built in spool holder/tensioner could be a good seller. Still won't fit in your pocket; maybe in a purse or murse though............

Bought a Provari 2.5 on the classies. Loving it. Ordered an IPV mini to replace the Istick that I loved that broke too soon. Going to order a Lemo drop and then I am done for awhile. Use my Taifuns and Protanks with my micro coils built on my Cigamajig and just vaping along...partying tonight with some Colossus from Cyclops (LUV) and a new vendor called The Refuge (Pupule) happy camper........
