A mini Prodigy that takes CR2s would be smaller/thinner/more portable/sweeter.

How much smaller are the CR2's compared with the CR123a's? I am thinking of using them in a mod. If they are small enough (say 2/3 of a CR123a) I can get 2 of them in and it will rule.

I think the Protege takes 14500, but I was asking about the new, redesigned Protigy that Steve is working on.

Maybe I'm confused, but the 2nd prodigy is the protege... according to steve it was going to be the Version 2 prodigy but as progress went along the name changed to the protege...

If there really is a redesign of the prodigy still in the work could you chime in steve... i'd like to know if there is another project in the works...

Prodigy is in the midst of a redesign as we speak .... Will only be a 5v and 6v device ... 3.7v won't be an option. It will be smaller, thinner, with perhaps a new button design, and made out of stainless steel ...

The Protege is a separate device.
