I think they are asking for an Esterigon with VIR inside. The picture is edited so there is Tilemahos as the atomizer on top of Proteus...I mean A VIR chipped Esterigon.

Hope that my seller didn't overlook my # 13. Paid a while back but didn't get Proteus yet. Is the USA reseller a bit behind?

US order was shipped last week I think so I would guess they will probably start shipping by the end of the week.

Hi Imeo,
I can't seem to get my Proteus to auto-lock after inserting the battery, the red led, comes on briefly, if I push the button it flash green 7 or 8 times.
But never auto locks, if I push the button 5 time it locks, that is without an atomiser on it, same, as above with an atomiser on top, help,
I have taken the button housing and top cap apart, and cleaned the contacts.. The proteus is not;
Auto locking or detecting an atomiser.

Did you ever get Proteus to detect your atomizer before this?

I have number 519, today's the only time that I have had a chance to test (use it)
It has never detect an atomiser before.

Proteus functions only lock and unlock and flash the green lights until an atomizer is detected. I don't think any other menu functions will work until an atomizer is on.

You have to use Grade 1 Titanium wire. Coil has to be spaced with no shorts. I'm sure you already know but just making sure.

Attach atomizer and red lights will flash...1 to 3 minutes. Let the lights flash without removing atomizer. Imeo has a video tutorial on YouTube about an hour long on how to operate Proteus and you can also refer to the first post of this thread.

so, no green lights and auto-locking when there is no atty on Proteus?

maybe you've got one of the "faulty" VIRs that don't have detection. sounds a lot like it to me

I do get a green light when I push the button but it does not auto lock with no atomiser on it.

Locks and unlocks when I push the button 5 times.

I was thinking about same thing.

But if Imeo is going to make rebuildable springomiser for Peny, then there's no need for that. Unless people want mini Tilemahos... and people always want new GG stuff.
