Thanks ukeman, I edited the post to be clear. I have two IMR18650 to use with the extension cap. I also noticed this helps with resell. Hope I don't ever have to though.

yep for sure.... you will not want to sell this; i mean why? The quality of product and service (much less needed than any other i've seen)is so great you will pinch yourself with knowing you have one... that's my experience. It's a keeper.
Even if experts say this tech is not the newest, man it's function and form hits the mark every time.

What tops this? The Darwin? Well, maybe in the function department (adjustable wattage). But I love the form of my Provari much more than a little brick of plastic! ;-) That's the only PV that comes close that I know of, are there more?

Off Topic: got me a GGTS off the classies a couple weeks ago and have been playing around with it - I just don't get the fandom surrounding this mod. It's just a (very expensive) 3.7/6.0v tube mod after all. Sho is sexy lookin' though!

Yeahh the Provaro rocks!!!, VV, Sleek, always works, no o-rings, polishing and a great price for all you get compared to gg bling bling, that is just eye candy for a lot of $$$$

I didn't say "tops this" because there is so much tech out there now and i am not a tech expert by far... and it depends on what floats YOUR boat.
I am referring to the VV and regulator science...
Yes that are plenty VV models to choose from. Some use similar or same of different technologies for their PVs.
It's too much for me to understand and catalogue for sure, but i've tried pretty much all of them, and like them... the Provari is my favorite for a few reasons.

i had a new GGTS too... beautiful, but not for me; i'm spoiled by the Vari and even the other VV's...they are too easy to get the best vape, where with the GG i didn't want to look at it and decide which form factor i was going to use (different batt options... vape options (UFS/iatty) and a mechanical pv just doesn't do it for me... i want VV power regulated to hit with the variable voltage the same every time.

I ordered mine last night! I decided on the satin silver. Having read this entire thread, I think the mailman may just taze me...
If you get tazed can he drop the ProVari by my house? My order is #11444, satin silver also and I ordered everything but the battery charger. mwa102464 I have a question about your atty tank idea......do I need an adapter for a 306 to fit on the ProVari? Is there anyone selling this idea yet?? Have you got it fingered out for a 510??

306's do not need an adapter. They have the same threads as a 510.
